4 months ago I received oral from a stranger, after 3 weeks many symptoms start to appear, testical pain was the first, then heart rate, stomach pain, sleep disorder, skin symptoms, joint and back pain, and finally clear white discharge after peeing 2 times a weeks, tested full panel 28 days and 103 days all negative, I have no idea what to do now, I thought it was stress related until I noticed the discharge, also negative for uti

Welcome to our Forum.  Thanks for your questions.  I'll be glad to comment.  The symptoms of testicular discomfort, elevated heart rate, disordered sleep, skin symptoms and back pain are all symptoms of anxiety and almost certainly are not related to your exposure 4 months ago.

Receipt of oral sex is a rather low risk sexual exposure- of the few STIs acquired from receipt of oral sex are gonorrhea or, due to the introduction of a partner's oral bacteria into the urethra, non-chlamydial non-gonococcal urethritis.  Your tests prove that you do not have gonorrhea or chlamydia.  It is possible although, in my opinion, rather unlikely that you have non-chlamydial NGU.  The symptoms of NGU typically occur within a week or 10 days of an exposure not 4 month later.  In addition when persons have penile discharge from an STI, the discharge is continuous, not intermittent as you describe.  It is not unusual for men to have small amounts of urethral discharge from time to time, most often on awakening.

I suspect you are right, your symptoms are stress related and are no due to an STI.  Based on your test results, you can be confident that you do not have anything that puts your regular partner at risk,  Try to not worry and move forward.  EWH

1-It didn’t start at 4th month, before I thought it was normal, but yesterday when I finished peeing I noticed soapy watery liquid in my fingers, it was after along day of not peeing, oily texture, very weird.
2- about my results I had 20 std panel, three times, 21,28,103 days after exposure, urin pcr plus blood, is there any possibility that there is std went undetected even if it’s small possibility, I’m afraid the discharge was absent when I gave urin sample, as I told u I only notice it 2 times a week
Thank u

Sorry I forgot to ask how come I might have NCU and my test are negative for chlymedia, I really don’t understand the test any more, costed 350$ per test and still not conclusive for std, believe me some of it is stress but there are real symptoms,

Thanks for the correction on the timeline but this does not change my assessment in any way.  The discharge you describe does not sound typical of the discharge associated with STI.

The tests for STIs are very good.  With three negative tests, it is a waste of time and money to have more tests.  The results are not going to change.

You may have misunderstood what I wrote above.  Not all NGU is caused by chlamydia, particularly NGU associated with oral sex.  The NGU which can be associated with oral sex is due to the introduction of a partner's mouth bacteria into the penile urethra-  NOT from chlamydial.  Further, as I also said, IF you have NGU (I doubt that you do), it is NOT due to chlamydia and is likely unrelated to the sexual encounter that you describe.  My advice is to see a urologist and ask for his/her assistance.

Please remember, we provide up the 3 responses to each client's questions.  This is my 2nd response.  You have one follow-up remaining, after which the thread will be closed.  EWH

Thank u for ur quick response, my last reply I had urine analysis, and it says cloudy aspect and Mucus ++++, when I google the reason it says it might from STI, is there any other explanation of that, how it’s related to the discharge.
Also to clarify is it possible when I gave my urine sample and the discharge was absent that day could make my sti undetected.

I really want to believe the test I’m just afraid to have sex again and infect somebody

Thank u again

Last question will be, 103 days after exposure is conclusive for all std and I can rely on that with no further testing is needed??

Final responses.  Please do not use Google for questions such as these.  Much of what is said there is incorrect, either because it is taken out of context, is out of date, or just plain wrong.  It will mislead you more often than it will help.

4+ Mucus is NOT a sign of any STI.

Test results from a test at 103 days will be 100% conclusive for the organisms tested for.

I encourage you to move forward.  Please don't worry.  End of thread.  EWH
