Thank you for letting me ask my question
I had an intercourse with a vietnam girl one night stand (risk of her is unknown)
It was protected vaginal sex and the condom broke and I pulled out after one minute and stopped when I realized that the condom is broke.
Since then I am very worried. I did a rapid test after 28 days came out negative and did HIV 1/2 Antibodies with STD Lab test on 35 days and all of the results came negative.
I felt an issue with urine and went to urologist told him the story and they diagnosed me vircocele (after making doppler) and Urine Culture and Semen Culture (no infections appeared)
Also did the HIV 1/2 Antibodies test in the lab blood taken from vein on 54 and 66 days and it came out negative too.
I have an enlarged lymph nodes as I did Ultra sound on neck for i can feel the node for almost a month the report was reactive cervical upper and lower (fatty helium) largest measure is 14 x 4 mm (No pain)
I am extremely worried about my case and I want to understand if my Hiv tests are conclusive or not please help me.

Welcome to the Forum. Thanks for your questions. Let me provide some perspective for you. There is a less than 1% chance that your partner had HIV. Even if she did, the risk of you becoming infected is less than 1 infection per 2000 sexual contacts of the sort you describe. Thus, without testing your risk fo r infection, on average is statistically less than 1 in 200,000. Ten you had testing for HIV (1 and 2) at a time when results are reliable, PROVING that you did not acquire HIV from the encounter you describe.
Lymph nodes are a nonspecific finding which can be felt in most people. When lymph node swelling is abnormal, there are hundreds, if not thousands of reasons for this. Your swollen lymph nodes are NOT related to HIV. If they were, your test would have been positive
---You have nothing to worry about> There is no need for further testing. I encourage you to not worry and to move forward without concern. EWH

Thank you Dr Edward for Responding my question and giving me peace of mind.
If you allow me to ask please what is the window period for the HIV 1/2 Antibodies test since it is mentioned in CDC as 90 Days on their website.
However, In Egypt they follow this guidelines but they are not expert in HIV.
Also Regarding the Lymph nodes. Is it related to Anxiety , Stress and Acne could this be a reason? Also if I want to get the lymph node mentioned to be checked properly which Doctor (Field) should I go to.

Recommendations by the CDC tend to be quite conservative. I would have confidence that you have not acquired HIV-2 on the basis of a negative test anytime more than eight weeks after your exposure.
Understanding of the importance of lymph nodes that can be felt is frequently misunderstood. The Internet is very, very misleading on this. Nearly everyone has lymph nodes that can be felt by an experienced clinician. When lymph nodes can be felt, more often than that they are entirely normal. When they are abnormal, they are quite tender. Evaluating a swollen lymph node is something that should be done by a clinician. Any trained general practitioner can effectively evaluate lift notes that you may be able to feel. EWH.

So Just to conclude that Antibody Test 3rd Generation for HIV 1 and 2 Lab test is considered conclusive at week 8.
Since I already took it on 9.4 Weeks (66 days) this means that the symptoms I am have are related to something else. Since if it were related to HIV the test should came out positive.
Is the above correct?
Thank you Dr Edward for being very helpful. I appreciate your parience with me.

Both of your statements are correct. Your HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibody test results are conclusive. Be confident that you do not have HIV.
In turn, this provides proof that the symptoms you have experienced are NOT due to HIV
