What is the likelihood of contracting HSV-2 orally and/or on fingers from a partner that was not presenting symptoms? Each act took place two times. Side note: The partner that gave oral/finger has vitiligo present on both mouth area and fingers. Does that increase chances and if so by how much?

Neither of those experiences presents a risk for HSV 2.  HSV 2 oral infection is rare and when present, very rarely sheds virus.  Vitiligo has no impact at all on transmission risk

I think there is a misunderstanding- what are the chances of the partner contracting Virus that gave oral/finger to positive HSV-2 partner? I might be reading your answer wrong.

The partner that gave oral/finger sex does not have virus. The female partner that received oral/finger sex is hsv-2 positive

thank you for clarifying.  The risk of fingering with an intact finger is zero.  The risk of giving oral sex to someone who is HSV 2 positive is very low as HSV 2 doesn't like the oral area and prefers not to be there.  It is not zero, but very low indeed.  Since this kind of transmission is so rare, I don't have a statistic about it to give you

Thank you for your time and response. Just to clarify, can a partner that is negative for HSV-2 get HSV-2 on finger (Herpes Whitlow) from contact with vagina of partner that is HSV-2  positive? So sorry, I want to be accurate in my understanding.

While that is possible, it would require a break in the skin of the finger doing the fingering, if that makes sense.  The skin of a normal, intact finger is too thick for virus to penetrate the skin

Thank you again. By break in the finger do you mean paper cut/hangnail or something more significant?

I really do mean any break in the skin - like a hang nail or paper cut, yes.
