Hello, so this is what’s going on with me last week on Tuesday I received a handjob from a masseuse she masturbated me for 15 minutes and I couldn’t ejaculate their was no oral or other sexual activities besides me being masturbated. To speed things up the next day I felt like I had to pee and I went to go but it just dribbled out slowly then started to burn a bit. Following day Thursday same issues struggling to urinate. Friday afternoon felt weak in the morning developed chills and an extremely high fever of 103.5 at night with severe sweating and chills all night. Saturday morning I still had the fever so I went to the local urgent care and told them I felt like I had a UTI so they took me in checked my temp it was 102.9 and I was sweating still all over they took a urinary sample and it came back positive for a UTI so they gave me a shot of ROCEPHIN and some antibiotics the fever went away 2 hours after that. Sunday I had tenderness in the testicles and they looked swollen with pain in my lower back. Monday morning I noticed their was blood clots in my urine and a lot of blood clots in my semen with painful ejaculation same symptoms today I’m married and I know what I did was not right but I need to know is their any chance for any types of STD OR STI including HIV/HEP C from this exposure and why is their blood in my semen and urine been on the antibiotics for 4 days now have 6 more days to go.
Thank you in advance

Welcome to the Forum and thanks for your questions. I’ll be glad to comment. There is widespread agreement that receipt of masturbation is a no risk sexual activity for virtually all STIs, including HIV. On the other hand, the duration and vigor of the masturbation you received could have created inflammation and irritation. It may also cause abnormal urinalysis and even account for the presence of clots.
Most STIs do NOT cause fever.
I am confident that you do not have an STI related to the event you describe. If you still have pain and/or are passing clots, you should seek evaluation, not by a generalist but by a urologist. If you see a urologist, be forthright about your entire history of exposure. EWH

Thanks for the response that’s what I was assuming the time of how long the masturbation was and not urinating afterwards etc problem is the internet doesn’t help with any answers I’ll continue taking the antibiotics for the rest of the time I had no blood in my urine today as of now. And I appreciate the confirmation of STDs and STIs not being transferred this way I also assumed this because I know it takes bodily fluids to transmit I guess I just needed reassurance

Thanks for your thanks. You are correct that STIs are transmitted only threw transfer of infectious fluids such as occurs with penetrative sexual contact. They are not transmitted through masturbation. EWH---
