[Question #11232] Hiv Risk From Unprodected Oral Sex

Hello doctor, I'm sorry for taking your time and thank you for your services again.
I'm a male 29 years old.
After my last question, I got tested and all negative.
However, I would like to ask that I gave unprotected oral sex to a CSW only one time and so short, I know she use condom for sex because she took of that right after we meet.
I'm just curious that if there is a any risk and should I be tested again?

Welcome back to the forum. I'm happy to address this question.
Cunnilingus (oral-vaginal sex) is very low risk for all STIs, and it is especially low risk for a very brief event. You don't say what you mean by "so short", but if just a few seconds, I would say the risk is zero for all practical purposes. In addition, if your CSW partner consistently uses condoms, it lowers the chance she might have had an active, transmissible infection.
I'm a bit confused by "should I be tested again". Have you already been tested following this event? But if not, I really don't think testing is necessary. Your risk was too low for any significant infection.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.
