Dear Mrs. Terry

I have questions related to the previous my previous effects that were answered by the doctors here and the diagnosis was after taking a tinge of the pill from my penis in an area near the pubic that I had a bacterial infection, but I was sure that this diagnosis was incorrect because the doctor who started my case did a bacterial analysis only and not for the herpes simplex virus.

The Hsv2 igm analysis was done and the result was negative.

Now, two weeks ago, I had a relationship with the same lady and in the same way, which is that she sucked my penis for about a minute or two, and we stopped, and after a few days, I began to show the same previous itching in the pubic area and under the testicles, and the pain in the penis is continuous and small pills that are not in the same place before on my penis, but on the public area is scattered. There area. There are three pills on the pubic that do not have no water, but itchy to it does not peel, but it disappeared after 10 days and I still have mild pain

Unfortunately, my wife is pregnant in the second month. This time I was injured again with 3 pills, one of which is large in the vagina from the inside and the inside and when The urination is severe and the pill turned into wounds and we did not go to any doctor. Yesterday I did an hsv1 igg analysis and the result was positive 7.61 and the normal rate is less than 61. And the analysis of Hsv2 igg was gray 81. And the normal is less than 51. Now I have many questions to answer:

1- What does the analysis indicate, am I infected with hsv1 in the genital area?

2- The average, which appears large, which is 7.61, does it indicate a previous infection or does it indicate that I now suffer from it, knowing that I suffer in previous periods from the mouth pill and the nose pill, which indicates that I have it, so how can I have it again in the genital area?

3- I'm afraid for the baby, will herpes be transferred to him during the normal birth? Or through the placenta now?

4. Is it reasonable that the woman who sucked my penis was injured again even though she transmitted me two months ago?

Your guidance, Mrs. Terry, is what I look forward to in explaining my past and current results.

You know what, this should all be known and under the control of the provider who is taking care of your wife during her pregnancy.  Absolutely.  I don't think you are in the US because these number don't fit with the tests that are done here.  But from what you have posted, it looks like you do have HSV 2 infection.  And I don't really understand what you mean by "pill".  It sounds like you wife has sores in the vagina.  They need to be swab tested by her provider.  It is unlikely that if this is herpes, that the baby would be infected in the uterus, but again, this should all be told to the person caring for her pregnancy.  HSV 2 is normally not transmitted via oral sex.  If you have it, it sound like you've had it for a while probably from a previous partner, does that make sense from your sexual history.

Again, it is absolutely essential that the person caring for your wife know about all of this so the delivery of the baby can be managed appropriately.

Respected Mrs. Terry

I have pimples in the pubic area. 3 separate pimples in the pubic area, accompanied by itching, but there are no ulcers. I transmitted the infection to my wife, who is pregnant. We were infected with this same disease two months ago, and the hsv2 igm test was done, and the result was negative. Now we have been infected again. I took the hsv2 igg test, the result of which was in the area. The gray color is 85, and the positive result is above 1. I also analyzed the hsv1 igg and the positive result is 7, and the positive result according to the laboratory is higher than 1. This indicates that I am infected with hsv1 and I am outside the United States. My question is whether the gray hsv2 igg result, which is less than 1, is evidence that I am not infected with herpes. The second style? Also, is the high positive HSV1 result evidence that I am currently infected with herpes type 1?

But what I understand is that HSV1 does not occur in the genital area, in addition to the fact that I have been suffering from colds for years, which means that I have been infected with it before, and it is impossible for me to contract it in the genital area. For your information, I conducted these tests 85 days after the last infection

Thank you .

You said your gray HSV 2?  You said your result was 81.  is that incorrect?
HSV 1 can occur in the genital area - the test does not tell the location.  Have you had cold sores in your lifetime?  If you have then that is why you have a positive HSV 1 and it is unlikely that you would acquire this in a new location yourself, but you could transmit this to your wife by giving her oral sex.  Did you and your wife have a positive swab test from the sores?  I'm still pretty confused about your situation

Yes, my hsv2igg result is gray = ,81 less than 1  Indeed, I have been infected with cold sores for a long time, but I do not have sex from below with my wife, and I have not put my mouth in her genital area. In addition, does a high value on the hsv1igg test indicate a previous infection? Also, if I was infected with HSV1 in my mouth, it would be impossible for it to be transmitted to my genital organs. This made me confused. Do you expect it to be a bacterial or fungal infection? For example, it was in the mouth of the woman who sucked my penis, then it was transmitted to me, and I transmitted it to my wife?

OK, so 0.81 is not the same as 81.
A high number on the HSV 1 test does indicate a well established infection, yes.  Once you have HSV 1 in one location, it is highly unlikely that you would get it in a new location (your penis).  You mention that you infected your wife but if you have not given her oral sex, then this would not be transmitted to her in this way.  I don't know what you've given her.  You have used up all of your posts.  I think you really should address these questions to her OB provider if indeed, you have given her something as you indicated that you had.
