[Question #11360] Massage with Frottage and Handjob - Anxiety

Dear experts,
I'm from Germany and found this page via Reddit (it was a recommendation, as real experts share their opinions here).
The following situation: On Sunday, my stepbrother persuaded me to come along for an erotic massage. He has been there very often (including with the masseuse I went to and hasn't caught anything yet - he even got unprotected oral sex from that masseuse, he was only tested 2 months ago). It's a massage studio where some of the women also offer sex, but they pay attention to hygiene. Shower before and after the massage, clean cloth on the mattress and so on.

So, we were both naked during the massage, I touched the masseuse 2-3 times on her vagina and she gave me a hand job. In between there was also some “frottage” (I learned the term here in the forum). So her vagina had contact with my penis, but without penetration, she slided / sit on my penis, but no more than 1 minute if I remember correctly. She also touched herself on the vagina and I don't know if she used her hand for the handjob afterwards. There was generally a lot of massage oil and body to body massage involved.
I showered there before and after the massage and washed my penis thoroughly. I then showered again at home and even disinfected my penis with Octenisept. So I wanted to ask for your opinion here. Unfortunately, there is no such forum in Germany. Since the event, I feel incredibly dirty and am extremely afraid of sexually transmitted diseases, especially HIV, and wonder whether I should get tested for anything.

Welcome to our Forum.  Thanks for your confidence in our service.  It will be my pleasure to address your questions.  The activities you describe did not put yo at risk for HIV or any other STIs.  Frottage, as well as your receipt of masturbation and your masturbation (touching) of your masseuse are all forms of masturbation which are no risk, non-penetrative sexual activities.  All major public health agencies (the US CDC, the WHO) and virtually all experts agree on this.  There is no reason for concern and no scientific reason for testing.

Please don't feel "dirty".  You did nothing dangerous to your health.  EWH

Thank you very much for your answer, which is a great relief.
What about herpes or syphilis? The reason I'm asking is that I have a girlfriend and don't want to put her at risk. I have read some other posts and am therefore of the opinion that my actions here were as good as risk-free.

While there is Avery small theoretical risk, in practice there is virtually no risk for these STIs either.  Please don’t worry.  EWH---
