Hi doctors , i did massage in spa the spa was not clean as the masseuse did not use the gloves on my penis and did handjob , if her hands not clean withe viruses of HBV and HCV can i get it from handjob ? 

She used lotion not oil 

Because after she finished from me she did not clean her hands with my semen on her hands and catch the door handle direct 

Welcome to the Forum and thanks for your questions.  The activities you describe are no risk for all STIs including hepatitis B, as well as hepatitis C which is not an STI.  Although your masseuse did not wash her hands none of these infections are transmitted through contact with inanimate objects or by receiving masturbation from someone with genital secretions on their hands.  The WHO and CDC as well as virtually all experts agree that there is no risk from the sorts of activities you describe.  There is no reason for concern and no reason for testing.  EWH---
