Sir i just want to be sure if you understand me , I meant if the hands of masseuse contaminated by HBV or HCV before another customer before me , She didn't wash her hands after did masturbating on my penis, my mind says if she did that with another customer .

Welcome back, but I'm sorry you found it necessary.
That includes secretions from prior clients as well as the sex worker's own genital fluids. Not enough infectious material can be carried over or survive to allow transmission in this manner. And the statistical chance that either she or a recent customer had HBV or HCV is very low anyway.
Users do not have the options of selecting the moderator who responds, but I reviewed you recent discussion with Dr. Hook and agree entirely with his evaluation and advice. And this question really was already answered by him when he wrote:
"Although your masseuse did not wash her hands none of these infections are transmitted...by receiving masturbation from someone with genital secretions on their hands."
So none of this changes anything. You don't need testing and if you have a regular partner, you can safely continue your normal sex life without putting anyone at risk.
