After the oral sex only i am having pain in the tip of the penis and also burning sensation. This is happens only after the oral sex. Is it something apart from this i can test for or any idea what could be the cause for this one ?

The pain seems to be a consistent sometimes tickling, itching on the top of the penis only. If it is not related to the STD's what could be the cause for it or any more test would you suggest for it ?

I m getting night sweats , is this any symptoms of hiv. Also 28 th day I took hiv test and it is negative. Do I need to take 45 th day as well or this is conclusive.

Incase if there is no oral, vaginal and anal will there won’t be any risk of std/sti. Just mutual mastrubation should be free of std/sti.

How about nuru massage with condoms on? Will there be any risk. No penetration just massage. 

Night sweats are non-specific and in your case cannot be due to HIV as you have proven you were not infected.  Believe your test results.  I see no need for additional testing.  

You are correct- mutual masturbation is a no risk activity.  This is true even if a partner's genital secretions get on you, including your genitals, during the process.  If your only activity is mutual masturbation there is no need for concern and no need for testing.  

As long as there is no penetration, there  is no risk from nuru massage, with or without a condom.
