[Question #11474] "Just one more CSW" gone totally wrong - HSV2?

April: unprotected fellatio protected vaginal w/ CSW. She had a diarrhea. Consulted Dr. Hook about 3 red spots (with bright tiny red veins everywhere) below glans (top/front, and two near frenulum), ruled as friction chaff/injury from manual penis stretch.
04/30: STI panel, clear
05/30: "one final" CSW - fully protected fellatio & vaginal
June: the guilt and anxiety, losing sleep completely and eating very little (perhaps immune system shot).
06/05: STI panel + trich clear
06/10: tingling feet, legs, etc., swollen lymph nodes. Gone next day
06/11: anus is red and raw, bumps when anus, resemble blisters but upon closer look, does not appear to be filled w/ liquid (had stearrhea/diarrhea). Still present.
06/10-06/14: random itch/tingling around glans, which persists for a few seconds then disappears. Occurs every few hours.
06/14: inspect itchy glans, discovered a tiny bump on one side of frenulum (just below glans, under/bottom side). Area is RED and showing tiny bright red veins. Stretch out skin to inspect, feels smooth, but resembles “early stages of HSV2” per verywellhealth.co. Said tiny bump is smaller than a known fordyce spot nearby (other side of frenulum).
06/14: now there is circular area (about 2mm in diameter) that is RAISED like a bump. Stretch skin again, does not seem like filled w/ liquid, and feels somewhat smooth to touch.

I have read probably close to a hundred posts here, and thoroughly appreciated every response from the Docs and Ms. Warren, though none exactly resembled my situation (and search function is very limited), hence my own question. I read that the consensus is that HSV2 is largely asymptomatic, in which case AB testing is not recommended. Also see that symptoms would appear 2-12 days. Some "expert" websites say 2-20 days, hence the concern. Also saw someone claiming they didn't test + for HSV2 until month #7 (how plausible is this?)...  I also see that singular blister for HSV2 is very rare for initial, and frankly I can't rule out if I have blisters (too small to tell if liquid filled).  This "one last CSW" visit was the stupidest idea and my anxiety that I recovered from in May came back... I am seeking therapy now so I will have to deal with my mental health there. And I love and respect you guys' expertise, hence consulting you all directly here.  I finally started having sex w/ my regular partner and learned the hard way of what really matters in life. I just want to make sure I do not put her in any risk.  I was concerned about HPV but let that out the window after reading your responses. HSV2 and HepB are my concerns now (I was never vaccinated for HBV, no antibody found).

Addt'l details: April CSW had diarrhea because I "went too deep" in missionary. Not sure if any of her feces got on me, she was super embarrased but I was very kind to her nevertheless. Not sure if this was a risk but thought it was worth mentioning.

The current symptom that concerns me most is randomly tingly/itchy penis (around glans).

No bumps or anything found anywhere else, not even on the glans itself. Just a very red area with tiny little white or skin colored bump (which felt relatively smooth when skin is stretched out) that turned into a RAISED 2mm red bump (with the tiny white/skin color bump in it, but not in the center - might be caused by my hyper inspection?).

Anus being very red was somewhat concerning but I still have mixed stools (not diarrhea but very ragged edges) so it could be pruritus ani.

None of these concerned areas (anus area, glans, etc.) are painful to touch. No pain at all when urinating or pooping, no discharge, etc.

I wanted to ask for your expertise and assessment. I understand some of these do not have specific research for you to provide specific info, but your decades of expertise is absolutely valuable and trustworthy. I am sorry I came back, but this is the only place I can freely consult and expect accurate, well-researched scientific response that I can trust. Thank you so much.

I should add - just one more csw gone totally wrong because it didn't make me happy but guilty. Not because I got infected. (Thinking positive!)

"Veins" might be better described as blood vessels (not the thick veins that run through penis etc.). Closest image I found was under "Telangiectasia".

Correction: I should add - just one more csw gone totally wrong because it didn't make me happy but guilty. Nothing to do with any infection because I am confident that I did not.

It concerns me greatly that a person over the internet would look at a bump such as yours and make the statement "early signs of HSV 2".  I am assuming your described your encounter to them?  That is was receiving unprotected oral sex?  While condoms reduce transmission of HSV 2 from females to males by only 65%, it seems to me that the fellatio is the greater risk here perhaps

First of all, what people get from receiving oral sex almost always is not HSV 2, but HSV 1.  Do you have any history of cold sores on your lip or in your nose?  If the answer is "yes", then it is extremely unlkely that you would then acquire this same infection genitally.

In addition, if there is anything visual to see that concerns you, and clearly there is, you should go today and have a PCR HSV swab test done of the bump to help you achieve clarity about if it is HSV or not.  Even if the clinician says "there is nothing to swab and it doesn't look like herpes", ask to do it anyway, due to your high levels of anxiety.  There doesn't need to be a blister present to swab a lesion, though that is a common misperception.  While you are there, they could also evaluate you for any fungal infection that might be causing your itching.  Itching by itself is not necessarily a sign of HSV, particularly in the summer in men.

You have way exceeded the number of posts that we allow here.  We allow three and you've done seven.  I am closing this now, if you have more questions, please start a new post.  I will answer that as well.  We must be fair to other posters.
