Good Morning Sir,I have some symptoms os i come again to solve some quotation,On 38 day(night) or 30 Day (morning) of Encounter, I Have developed symptoms Cough (Some type Dry & some time with Phlegm, phlegm test weird) in nigh have excessive cough & I inspect my mouth & found my Palatoglossal Arc area is very Bright red in colour, I don't feel any pain in throat nor feel difficulty in swallowing, Does it called Sore throat?then I take mokcn cv on 39 day for 3 days but no effect on symptoms,as I test previously with 4th Gen Hiv Duo (ECLIA-Serum) on 27th day reslut- non Reactive, i take same test on40 th day 4th gen duo (ECLIA- Serum, Lab base) Result Non-Rective,on 50th day to 60th Day, I visit two Doctor for symptoms & they conclude I have allergic Bronchitis, take medicines from doctor but symptoms are still present on 64th day, but it reduce very much not completely gone, My Question,1. Does 40 day test Conclusive for HIV1 & HIV2 (as statically no difference in 40 day & 42 day you mention in perviously reply to forum user) Considering unprotected vaginal sex with CWS from Kenya Africa & considering she might have Hiv (I put this hard condition to bee completely free from thinking of this episode after your rply, please pardon me if it seems rude)

2. Does 4th Gen Test one Hour after on set of symptoms come positive if symptoms were due to HIV1 or HIV2 & if Negative test then symptoms were not due to HIV1 or Hiv2. ( As i read in previous Reply of Dr.HHH to one user, He stated that theoretically test after 2-3 week of encounter if symtoms were due to HIV1 or HIV2 4th gen test must positive , it must detect antibody no doubt in it, test alway & always will positive, if negative test then symptoms were not due to hiv no meter when you test , on set of symptoms or after few days of symptoms).

3. Do you ever come with any one male who got hiv from one episode of unprotected vaginal sex with positive female. ( it doesnot mean i prefer condom less sex with unknow person).

4. Only sore throat or cough is ARS? or fever or High Fever Must be present.

5. can I put things behind after 40 day 4th gen non reactive result? , What you do if you were me?

Welcome back to the Forum although I'm sorry that you felt the need. I I told you previously, "Your test results are additional strong evidence that you were not infected. Results of your fourth generation, combination HIV antigen/antibody test taken at 27 days after the encounter provide you with a more than 99% assurance that you were not infected. While official, formal recommendations indicate that results for fourth generation HIV tests are not 100% conclusive until a full six weeks (42 days) following an encounter, at four weeks testing such as you had done provides not more than 99% confidence that you were not infected. Neither of us on this forum has ever seen or heard of a person with a negative test at four weeks who went on to become positive for HIV. " That is still true. Your red throat is not a symptom of recently acquired HIV and your results which were previously virtually conclusive are now entirely conclusive. You did not acquire HIV from the exposure you had when the condom broke. Thus, in response to your specific questions:

1. Your results are conclusive. It does not matter who you partner was.

2. When persons develop symptoms of recently acquired HIV, this occurs within 30 days of the exposure and tests are always positive when symptoms are present. Believe your tests.

3. This has happened but it is very rare.

4. An isolated sore throat does not suggest the ARS, particularly more than 30 days after an exposure.

5. Yes, I would encourage you to put your concerns behind you and move forward.

SO MY 40TH DAY 4TH GEN NEGATIVE TEST IS CONCLUSIVE, I ASK AGAIN BECAUSE ME & MY WIFE , WE ARE PLANNING FOR CHILD,

SO SYMPTOMS DOESNT MATTER IF TEST IS NEGATIVE EVEN SYMPTOMS OCCURE JUST BEFORE TEST DAY OR AFTER (IF 30 DAY PASS),

I KNOW QUOTATION ARE REPETITIVE,

SO ALL IN ALL I CAN DO FAMILY PLANNING WITHOUT WORRY.

DOES IT IS REAL PERSON BASE STUDY OR DEPEND ON MATHEMATICAL MODELLING OR PERSON CONFUSE ABOUT EXPOSURE DATE OR ON SOME ON PEP MEDICINE OR JUST COMPLETELY LIE.

You repetitive summary of my earlier statement is correct. Your results are entirely reliable. You do not have HIV. There is no need for further testing.

We have never seen nor heard a person with negative tests at anytime after 28 days who went on to become positive, however it apparently occurs rarely.

Trust your test results and move forward without concern. EWH.

SO I DIDNT DO ANY TEST ON 50DAY TO 60DAY, I JUST TEST NOT 4OTH DAY NO TEST AFTER 40TH DAY.

SORRY FOR MISS WRITING, ENGLISH IS NOT MY MAIN LANGUAGE,

I HAVE GUT FILLING THAT YOU CONSIDER 40TH DAY BUT WANT BE JUST CLEAR IN THOUGHTS.

Yes, you are completely free of HIV. You have proven this. Your 40 day test result is conclusive. There is no reason for continuing concern. EWH---
