After greeting

I would like to complete my previous question, as my wife frequently suffers from pimples that turn into ulcers on her genital blades. She went to the doctor, but after the pimples opened and turned into an ulcer, a biopsy of the ulcer was taken and sent to the laboratory, and this is the result:

FINAL PATHOLOGIC DIAGNOSIS

Genital skin lesion, biopsy: Ulcerating and heavily inflamed cutaneous tissue with ulcer slough and suppurative inflammation with granulation tissue. No viral inclusion or morphological evidence of molluscum contagiosum seen (please see comment)

COMMENT:

Special stain for microorganisms (PAS) is recommended. Furthermore, if clinically indicated, immunostain for HSV may be considered.

Now, does this diagnosis confirm that this sore is genital herpes? Knowing that she was given Valtrex 500 mg pills, two pills every 8 hours for 7 days, and she is now pregnant in the fourth month, will it affect the pregnancy? What is the birth situation? Can you give birth naturally? Since I was the one who transmitted this disease to her, is me now highly susceptible to HIV?

Thank you .

For further clarification, an examination result of herpes for me after 4 months of sexual intercourse was positive hsv1 = 7 COI and the normal rate is less than 1.

As for the result of the hsv2 analysis = 1,01 COI and the normal rate is less than 1 COI. And it is low positive

I look forward to your medical opinion

I think perhaps you are not in the US?
Nothing that I am reading here is positive for HSV but she apparently was diagnosed with HSV as she was treated with antiviral.  Neither of you us at risk of HIV unless either of you has sex without someone who has HIV.   It does appear that you have HSV 1 but your HSV 2 is unclear to me.  did your wife have a blood test for HSV antibody as well?  Do you have that result?
Please group your questions into one big question, please.

Mrs. Terry
Iam not in the USA and my wife did not do any test for Hsv2 or Hsv1 , ihad an unprotected sexual relationship 4 months ago, and days after this i showed pills om my penis and the pupic area and transferred them to my wife and i went before 2 weeks ago to the laboratory to do HSV1 igg and Hsv2 igg , the result for hsv1 igg= 7 positive and the result for hsv2 igg = 1,01  Low psitivity as the normal average of the laboratory low than 0,51 and the gray zone between 0,51 to 1 and the positive more than 1
Knowing that i have been suffering from cold pills on my lips with my wife for a long time and our problem now is hsv2 we want to make sure if we have it or not .

we took advantage of the opportunity when my wife had red pills in her gentail area and we returned to make PCR swap , but the doctor informed us that the pills turned into an ulcer and she could not take pcr and a biopsy would be taken and the size of the biopsy was 4mm . it was sent to the laboratorey and the result of the biopsy as follows: FINAL PATHOLOGIC DIAGNOSIS Genital skin lesion, biopsy: Ulcerating and heavily inflamed cutaneous tissue with ulcer slough and suppurative inflammation with granulation tissue. No viral inclusion or morphological evidence of molluscum contagiosum seen (please see comment) . COMMENT: Special stain for microorganisms (PAS) is recommended. Furthermore, if clinically indicated, immunostain for HSV may be considered.
therefore i hope that you will answer my previous asks in the light of the explanation i explained with thanks and apprection .

Unfortunately, this does not make the situation any clearer.  The pathologist recommended that a stain for herpes be done, but apparently, it cannot be done from the sample that was sent.  An ulcer is the perfect kind of lesions for a PCR swab so I'm sorry that one was not done.  Your index value is just barely over the positive cutoff.  So is it correct that the blood test was done about 3.5 months after the encounter?  That should be reliable in terms of the HSV 1 and 2, but yours is so close to the cutoff.  I would suggest that if any other lesions (what you are calling pills) show up, have a PCR swab test done immediately.
