9 wks ago - protected vaginal & unprotected oral w CSW
7 wks - STI 10 panel neg
3 wks - protected vaginal & PROTECTED oral w CSW.
2 wks - STI 10 + Trich neg
Yesterday felt a very brief pain in urethra when trying to squeeze out last few drops of urine. Few hours post sex w/ reg partner.

Found 2 small white patches inside the urethra. The larger one is about 2mm in size, not very circular but somewhat cloudy appearance. No idea if pre existent or new.

The white spot is not raised, flat. Tiny red spider veins over it.
No pain or discomfort when urinating 99%
Never had cold sores nor genital warts.
After reading here, some thoughts before your advice:
No pain and no external lesions, unlikely HSV?
Never had unprotected vaginal w/ CSW, and no lesions where condom didn’t protect, so unlikely Syphillis?
No black epicenter, and it’s flat. Dr Hook told another customer urethral warts are rare, unlikely GW?
Please help, I have no access to doctor for 2 more wks.

I reviewed your recent four discussions with Dr. Hook and Ms. Warren. It. is apparent you aren't reading their replies carefully, or do not understand them, or maybe you just don;t believe them. My judgment agrees with theirs:  you were at no significant STD risk from the oral sex exposure several weeks ago, have no infection of any kind from that event, and are compulsively looking for evidence you might be infected after all. You are not.

Self assessment of "white patches" in your urethra probably is meaningless. There is no STD from the event described that could explain such a thing. The only thing that comes to mind for me is HPV, i.e. early warts --- but genital warts do not appear sooner than several weeks after exposure and are rarely acquired by oral sex. So if that's the problem, it isn't from the sexual exposure on your mind.

There is no possibility of herpes.

Beyond that, I have no advice except to find a way to see a doctor in person. In any case, the main problem here, I would say, is psychological. You should cease all self examination.

This forum deals only with HIV and other STDs, and it is clear you have none. We do not attempt to diagnose or advise about other health problems, including genital health. Therefore, this statement concludes this thread. Also please note the forum policy against repeated questions on the same topic, especially when anxiety driven as your have been and when the user has been repeatedly resistant to our reasoned, science-based evaluations and advice. This will have to be your last one; future questions on these topics and your inflated fears will receive no reply and the posting fee will not be refunded. This policy is based on compassion, not criticism, and is intended to reduce temptations to keep paying for questions with obvious answers. In addition, experience shows that continued answers tend to prolong users' anxieties rather than reducing them. Finally, such questions have little educational value for other users, one of the forum's main purposes.

However, I'll make a deal with you:  In the very unlikely event that once you have received proper medical care, an STD is diagnosed, feel free to return with a new thread to let us know -- and we'll reimburse your posting fee. In the meantime, do your best to move on without further worry.
