I’m a male and I had sex with an escort on June 2023. It was a protected sex and unprotected oral but the condom broke in the last few minutes but I didn’t realize until I ejaculate.
I did my test on 1week,2weeks,4weeks(hiv 4th gen, syphilis antibody, hsv2 igg, hep B for blood test and chlamydia, gonorrohea, mycoplasma, trichomonas for urine pcr all came back negative

9 months for(hiv 4th gen, rpr,hsv2 igg)and the four urine pcr tests
10months for(hiv 4th gen, rpr+tpha,hsv2 igg) and the four urine pcr tests
11months for(hiv 4th gen,rpr+tpha,hsv2 igg)
12months for(hiv4th gen,rpr,hsv2 igg) and the four urine pcr tests

The machine theyre using to test the urine is Abbott Alinity M STI Assay
And for the HSV2 igg they using the chemiluminescent immunoassay(CLIA) method

How conclusive is my result. I just want to have a peace of mind. Please help me

Welcome to our Forum and thanks for your questions.  I’m pleased to tell you that without a doubt, you were not infected with anybSTI in the encounter you describe.

Your urine tests were conclusive a week after your encounter, your syphilis and HIV tests were conclusive for all tests taken more than 6 weeks after the condom failed and your tests for herpes will not change after six months.

You have over tested for STIs and can be confident that you were not infected.   There is no scientific or medical reason for further testing related to the encounter you describe.  I encourage you to stop testing and move forward without concern.   EWH

Thank you Dr Edward W.Hook
But I found out that the herpes type 2 test misses about 8% of infections I’m concerned that I’m in that range and also I had a pimple on my pubic hair area on early June, since then I have been checking and touching it everyday then few days later I had tingling and itchy on my genital. I think that is an infected hair follicle. Is that anything related to STIs

The location you describe is typical for folliculitis and atypical for herpes.  The sensations that you describe are not typical of herpes and a herpes lesion would not have lasted more than 10 days.  Folliculitis is not an STI.

I think you are worrying too much.  Your risk for herpes from the situation you described is substantially lower than 1%.  EWH

The tingling and itchy might be balanitis or something. Then I’m gonna trust my result move on. Thank you Dr

When persons are anxious and on the lookout for symptoms, there is a tendency to notice normal sensations which would otherwise be overlooked.  We see this regularly.  When this occurs, those sensations tend to be experienced as itching or tingling.

I agree and encourage your plan.  Please don't worry.

As you know, we provide up to three responses to each client's questions.  This will be my final response and the thread will be closed shortly.  Take care.  EWH
