Welcome to our Forum and thanks for your questions, as well as your implied confidence in our service. PEP is NOT recommended following the exposure you describe. Here are the reasons:
1. Most masseuses/commercial sex workers do not have HIV.
2. Even following a single unprotected exposure to an infected partner, your risk for infection is less than 1 in 2000 (i.e. there is a more than 99.9% chance you would NOT) become infected.
3. You used a condom. When condoms fail, it is obvious- they break wide open leaving no doubt that they failed. If your condom appeared intact, it was and further reduced your risk for HIV.
The encounter you describe was a virtually no risk event. PEP is not recommended in this situation and if I saw you in my clinic, I would decline to provide it. EWH

Welcome back to the Forum. This question could have been asked without a new question. I will delete your new question and request a refund for you.
As long as the condom was worn throughout the encounter and did not break (it it appeared intact, it was- when condoms break, they break wide open) there is no risk for HIV. Putting alcohol on your penis after sex may be irritating to the skin and does not add protection.
Your itching and joint discomfort is unlikely to be due to HIV. I would not worry about it. EWH

You can certainly have unprotected sex with your wife.
Testing is a personal decision. If you choose to test, the results will show that you were not infected.
This is my 3rd response. This thread will be closed shortly. Please don't worry. EWH
