I have anxiety because I had sexual relations with a co-worker, she took a 3rd generation test 84 days after exposure and it came out negative, I got symptoms a month and a half later and I took the 3rd generation test. generation at 91 days after the encounter and a 4th generation test at 108 days after the encounter, the two tests were negative. My question is if this is already conclusive that I do not have HIV, because I still have symptoms, but I don't know if it is because the anxiety.

Welcome to our Forum. This is not a question. If there are specific questions you have I'd be pleased to comment. HIV is rather uncommon and less, often far less, than 1% of sexual encounters lead to HIV infection. EWH---

Im planning to retest with 3th generation test in the week 21 is this neceessary? My last test was at the week 16 with a 4th generation laboratory test HIV negative but I still worried if this could be a false negative. Can I need to trust of the results? Also I test at the the days 70,83,91 with 3rd generation laboratory tests all of them negative
My questions are:
1)Seroconversion are possible at this time? Can you explain me the maximum window period of the 3rd and 4th generation laboratory?
2) Do I need to re test with 4th generation laboratory test hiv ag/ab? And when?
3) The HIV laboratory test 4th generation that I took at the week 16 is definitive? Or can be a false negative?
4)I still have simptoms these simptoms like rash, and headache, diarrhea could be that my body hasn't produce the enough antibodies to be detected on tests?

You have proven repeatedly that you were not infected by your encounter of concern. Your 3rd generation, antibody only tests are conclusive any time more than 8 weeks after exposure and 4th generation, combination HIV antigen/antibody tests are conclusive any time more than six weeks after an exposure. The fact that you have multiple negative tests using different test types makes the possibility of falsely negative tests impossible .

1)Seroconversion are possible at this time? Can you explain me the maximum window period of the 3rd and 4th generation laboratory?
Seroconversion at this time is no longer possible. Your results are conclusive
2) Do I need to re test with 4th generation laboratory test hiv ag/ab? And when?
No, believe your test results
3) The HIV laboratory test 4th generation that I took at the week 16 is definitive? Or can be a false negative?
This is a definitive/conclusive test result and does not need to be repeated
4)I still have simptoms these simptoms like rash, and headache, diarrhea could be that my body hasn't produce the enough antibodies to be detected on tests?
Your symptoms are a result of something other than HIV. When symptoms are due to HIV, tests are always positive
You have over tested. further testing is a waste of time and resources. The results will no change. If you have symptoms you should work with your doctor to look for another cause. EWH

Thank you a lot for your comments I will try to attend it. I just have a final doubt about the 4th generation test. My question is:
1)Would the p24 antigen still show up on a HIV laboratory test in rare cases in someone who doesn't seroconvert or takes a long time to seroconvert? Or can be a time that neither the antigen or antibodies can't be detected?
I really appreciate your responses and time.

We provide up to 3 responses to each client's questions. This will be my final response.
When a person has untreated HIV either the HIV p24 antigen, antibodies to HIV, or both are ALWAYS present. As I said before, your results are entirely conclusive and should be believed
