I’m sorry I can’t find my first account so I’m gonna use a new one
Dr EWH told me that I am not infected with any STD in that post but I’m still concern about HSV2 and HPV. So I did another blood test for HSV2 igg test and it came back 0.05. So I think I’m free from that because I did 5 tests 9-12.5months all below 0.10
But what is my risk for HPV and Genital Warts from that exposure 12.5 months ago. I’m afraid of passing it to my partner.
I saw on the other post Dr EWH said that most single exposure do not lead to infection. My exposure time is less than 5minutes. Please help me thank you.

Straight to your questions:
1. I agree with you about HSV-2. This is not a concern
2. If you were going to develop warts from the exposure you described, they would have appeared by now. As far as HPV is concerned in general, as a sexually active man who appears to have not been vaccinated, the odds are high that you have or have had HPV, if not from that exposure which was low risk, from prior exposures. Over 80% of sexually active adults have HPV- it is typically not a health concern. If you are concerned about HPV, you should be vaccinated. if you are already vaccinated, the risk of having acquired HPV from the exposure that has you concerned is virtually zero. EWH

Me and my partner were virgins when we meet. That’s why I’m worried that I will pass it to her. I only had once and the only exposure to that escort. Can I continue having sex with my partner

If you have HPV, your partner has already been repeatedly exposed. Consequently, at this time for you to move forward.
The risk for any single exposure is low as I have already said.
My advice is to put these concerns behind you and move forward. They’re simply is nothing reasonable that you could do as an alternative. EWH.

Thank you Dr EWH
One last comment just to confirm what you have tell me in both of the post
All my STD test( blood test for HIV, SYPHILIS, HSV2 igg)( urine test for CHLAMYDIA,GONNORHEA, MYCOPLASMA, TRICHOMONAS) can be 100% sure that I did not get infected from the exposure 12.5 months ago ( all the tests I took were negative and no symptoms until now)
As for HPV and genital wart. There is a low percentage I get infected from that exposure. And for genital wart I most probably didn’t not get infected because of there is no warts grown past 12.5 months

Both of your summary statements accurately reflect my responses.
It's time for you to move on.
We provide up to 3 responses to each client's questions. This is my 3rd response. Therefore the thread will now be closed. There should be no need to return to the Forum related to testing or your exposures of concern. EWH
