Today marks 6 weeks approx from my risky encounter. I still have this tingling sensation on my penis head, urethera burn after peeing but no pain while I pee. Some times penis feels tender. I not able to empty my bladder completely, I drip few drops every time I urinate. I have this feeling since the day 2 of encounter on and off. Last week I had no symptoms for 3-4 days after having sex but they are back now.

I have no other symptoms apart from above. No visible sores or discharge. I tested for gonnorhea and clamydia on day 20 and they were negative. I tested for hepatitis, HIV, spyhilis, herpes at day 28 and they are negative aswell. I gave urine culture and it was negative. 

1. Are these really symptoms of herpes? If yes, is it HSV1 or HSV2? IK doctor said Incubation period is 2-14 days. It has been 6 weeks and I have no sores, does that mean I'm out of woods for herpes? Will I get sores or initial breakout after 6 weeks aswell? How conclusive are week 4 results for all STI's? Should I test for anything else? I was confident about my results by these symptoms have me worried.

2. As these symptoms are there are almost 5 weeks, can I rule out herpes? As herpes symptoms won't last this long, I read it online. Is it true?

3. Based of your experience, what might this be? Have you came across this cases previously. Please help, Sorry If I'm coming back frequently but try to understand if I don't have any symtpoms I would have not been here.

By 3 weeks out from concerning encounters, 50% of people who are going to be positive for HSV 2 will be positive, by 6 weeks out, 70%. So you can see that for some people, it takes longer.

It would be extremely unusual for herpes symptoms to last this long, especially with no skin lesions. This does not sound like HSV.

3. Based of your experience, what might this be? Have you came across this cases previously. Please help, Sorry If I'm coming back frequently but try to understand if I don't have any symtpoms I would have not been here. 

Have you been to see a urologist?  Your symptoms of not being able to empty your bladder could be related to a prostate problem.  If you've not been, I would suggest that you give that a try.  Your symptoms honestly don't sound herpetic to me. Coming back to post with these symptoms will always get the same response from me. I don't believe that you have herpes. Please - try to let this go, OK? I understand that you are scared but asking the same questions repeatedly isn't going to change your situation or my answers to your questions. If I had the slightest concern that this was HSV, I promise I would tell you.

I'm having sore throat On and off since 1 week to 10 days. Like someone is choking me & dry mouth awell. I have urethra burn, tingling feeling and tenderness. I'm not able to empty my bladder completely. I don't have any sore or discharge. For the past 10 days my left eye keeps twiching. I'm really freaking out. 
I have no sores or discharge and rashes for now.
