[Question #11628] Possible exposure on genital skin
13 months ago

Hello Docs,
Unfortunately I am back. After current distance/separation with my woman, I decided to see a colombian escort today. It was protected oral and sex. But as she was in reverse cow girl position, her vagina was rubbing on my balls and lower part of penis was exposed to her vaginal fluid. After few hours I have some pain, tingling and itchingin my balls and itching around pubic hair and penis as well. Do you think this is related to ANY stds? If yes, please explain in details.
Thank you!

I also used my hand to pleasure myself after I rubbed her vagina, she was also rubbing and fingering her vagina before she used her hands to mastrubate me. Currently one of my fingers is itching me. I wonder if it is an HPV infection. I did not see her vagina in detail (for lesions etc) since there was very little light in the room.

Welcome back to the forum, but I'm sorry you felt the need. You were warned about repeated questions: although you are worried about a new sexual event, these kinds of contact and symptoms such as these were discussed in your previous threads, including this:
"...since it is so likely you have been infected previously. this particular event probably did not raise your risk for being infected or having a future HPV health problem. In any case, genital itching is not a symptom of HPV or any other STI -- you might be having a nonspecific irritation effect. 'Pain in penis and testicles and...dull pain in [your] legs' also is not due to any STD; almost certainly it is just the result of anxiety over the exposure (or a sexual decision you regret)."
That also is my response this time. I am not familiar with "reverse cowgirl position" (although I think I can visualize it). However, skin exposure of this sort is not likely to result in any STD. And no, fingering never is a risk for any STI, including HPV. Finally, HPV does not cause itching. The only symptoms are skin growths (warts), and they cannot show up this soon. Warts do not appear until at least several weeks after exposure, or up to a couple of years.
Please don't worry about STIs from this event; I don't even recommend testing for anything. Of course you are free to be tested anyway, if you would like the reassurance of the negative test results. If so, you could have a urine test for chlamydia/gonorrhea any time after 4-5 days, and blood tests for HIV and syphilis after 6 weeks. I am not recommending these tests, however. There's really no need.
I hope these comments are helpful. But this will definitely have to be your last question of this sort. Here again is my statement at the end of your third question a couple of months ago:
"Please note the forum policy against repeated questions on the same topic. This being your third, it will have to be your last; future questions about this exposure and your resulting STI concerns may receive no reply and the posting fee will not be refunded."

It was not actually repeated. I asked about my balls being rubbed by her vagina this time. And it was three different experiences, not one. Anyhow, thanks for answering this one. I am not sure how different expereince do I need to go through to come up with a non repetitive question.

Obviously it's a judgment call. But it seems to me that if you had re-read your three previous questions and the replies, the low risk nature of this event would be apparent. But it's no big deal; thanks for the thanks.--
