[Question #11645] Just a question about the validity of the test

Hello again, I apologize for returning to the forum, but according to the conditions set, I understood that I could ask about a different topic. I hope that will not disturb you.
I am asking about a different matter, and in my case here I did more than one test related to the analysis for syphilis, and each time, unfortunately, the nurse, after cleaning the puncture site with alcohol, touches it again using the gloves she was wearing without repeating the wipe. My important question:
ARE THESE TEST’S THAT i did is it  correct?
Can its incorrect practice affect the validity of the analysis result?

This is your 5th question bout syphilis on this forum, suggesting that you are obsessed with the possibility of this disease.  You should not be- among STIs syphilis is relatively rare.  You need to not obsess about syphilis.

The fact that the person who drew your blood touched the puncture site with a gloved hand is common, no risk practice, to make sure that the vein will be punctured.  It does not put you at risk and does not effect the validity of the test in any way.  EWH

To make sure my question was clear, if there were bacteria or anything in the glove that he placed on the place where the blood was drawn, would it affect the detection of syphilis in the blood or spoil the blood sample?
In other words, is my test reliable and should I go over these details?

Your question was clear.  You blood tests will be reliable despite the fact that the puncture site was touched with a gloved hand before your blood was drawn.  Believe your test results.  EWH---

Thank you for the quick answer.
 The final question:
Does this include if she had touched dirty or contaminated places before the blood was drawn?
should I put all this behind me and be confident about the test?

You are repeating the question.  The answer will not change.  It does not matter what or where she touched before touching your puncture site.  Relax.

I once again urge you to stop your needless testing

Remember your warning.  Repetitive, anxiety driven questions may be closed without a response.  End of thread.  EWH
