Hello, Im Marcos from Spain
I am married for a year and I am still afraid to have sex with my wife without a condom for fear
The thing is that after two negative PCR tests from 2 years ago I don't think I have had any high risk exposure but I wanted to check with you
I have been to some erotic massage but never with the intention of vaginal sex
1 - Body to body massage, always trying to make sure the masseuse was wearing panties or if she didn't (3 times I think) that our parts didn't rub too much, my mind tricks me but Im pretty sure I've never been near to penetrate just rubbing
2 - I have always tried to avoid oral sex as well, but three times I coudln`t resist and received unprotected oral sex (maybe 10 minutes) once to the end.
3 - Three times I have also been fingered anally without gloves, I didn't seem to see blood on the fingers or cuts from the masseuse but I am worried about it
4 - Twice I have masturbated the masseuse's vagina and once I had a cut on my finger that was two days old,
Now I want to do one last test so I can rest my mind and have sex with my wife without worries.

From an HIV standpoint, there is no need to avoid sex with your wife. First, the sexual exposures you describe never result in HIV infection: you cannot catch HIV sexually without intercourse, i.e. unless your penis enters a partner's vagina or rectum. Even oral sex is no risk for HIV. Second the HIV PCR tests are 100% proof you do not have HIV.
For "one last test", I would advise an antigen-antibody (AgAb, 4th generation) blood test. That result also will be negative. You can safely have sex with your wife without a condom.

One last clarification please:
- I mean even if my parts were in contact for a short time with the opening of the masseuse's vagina there would be no risk right?
- The same applies to anal massage, if the masseuse had any cuts or blood on her fingers? I don't remember seeing any blood apparently.
- The receptive oral sex is clearer to me that there is no risk, although I don't remember the oral state of the masseuse either.
Let's see if I have the courage to take this last test so I can have normal sex with my wife, we want to be parents.

Still no risk for HIV. Of course one can understand a theoretical risk for some of these things, but since there has never been a reported case of HIV transmitted by these sorts of activities, obviously the risk is so low that it can be ignored.
You don't need another HIV test, but why do you need "courage" to do it? You already have had two tests that show you do not have HIV. Fear of the result is never a valid reason to avoid testing. Anxiety always is reduced when testing is finally done. Even a positive result is less stressful than the worry about it. And your result will be negative.

So it is clear to me now that without insertive sex (in my case) you have no chance of acquiring the virus.
The problem is that you read a lot of information on the internet where they talk about the issue of cuts or blood in anal fingering, or the oral state in oral sex and it confuses you.
You helped me to be determined to do my last test to be definitely calm, with what I have said I hope it comes out negative since my exposures as I have said have been frottage , insertive oral and get anal fingered.
