Welcome to the forum.
I'll try to help, but our advice is most reliable if we know more about the exposure to judge the infection risks at the time. Based strictly on test performance, the RPR test usually is positive (maybe 80-90% of the time) by 5 weeks; close to 100% at 6 weeks; but once in a while it takes up to 3 months. Your most recent test (two days ago) probably will also be negative, but not quite conclusive.
As for your symptoms, syphilis is not a likely cause of a "very small red dot" or a lesion that scabs over in three days. (However, this does make me wonder whether you have genital herpes with a mild recurrent outbreak.)
If you'd like to say more about the exposure(s) you are concerned about, I might have additional comments. In the meantime, I hope these commetns are helpful.

Hello Dr Handsfield! I was hoping for a response from you. Exposure was with a stripper and protected but I feel as when I took condom off I may have touched the exterior and than my penis on June 6. So 6 weeks not quite conclusive but pretty much there? I will test at 7 as well. Herpes No I never had any outbreaks and been monogamous since June 6 and that day was the only time. Also can an sti/std be spread the next day (06/7)with unprotected sex? Thanks so much.

Such brief contact of penis with genital area carries little or no risk.
And yes, I agree that negative RPR is conclusive for all practical purposes, especially with the trivial risk you report plus absence of symptoms.
Herpes is the most common cause of otherwise unexplained genital sores that scab over, and in a situation like yours it would mean distant past infection, even years ago -- with this being your first recurrent outbreak. It's probably unlikely, but if it happens again, get it checked out.

Thank for your response dr.
Okay so even if I touched some genital fluid on my penis it’s low risk?
And having unprotected sex the very next day poses no risk to other person? (Only time different person was that day before & protected) as for symptoms I feel my throat tight and slight burning like a small barely sore throat but it comes and goes. Random mild pain in some joints or like thigh or finger joints & weird peripheral vision I think? May be just anxiety. So if test say this week (7th) it would be conclusive?. Thanks

You are seriously overthinking everything. There is no chance you have it. Stop worrying, and stop asking. That concludes this thread.---
