Sorry I’m back again, i want to be sure I understood the last consultation about the risk of HIV from (Receiving fingering in the anus with semen or pre-semen) between males. From what I understood from your responses in this forum is this event “No risk ” but cant says never or 100% for theoretical reasons . But in real life it similar to the possibility of being hit by a meteorite. Estimated 1 in hundreds million or billions. So it is irrational to take precautions or get tested.

For this reasons , no documented or suspected case of infection in this way is known in history. And testing no needs and recommends .

Sorry maybe my language not perfect because English not my first language.

I hope I have understood this correctly, and this reassurance will give me a lot of peace of mind.

Welcome back. However, I really have nothing more to say. I would say the risk of HIV from fingering is a lot higher than one chance in hundreds of millions. We have sometimes used such comparisons as the risk of being struck by a meteorite (or, more often, by lightning), but obviously these are metaphors -- not based on any understanding of the actual numerical risks. I'm sure most forum questioners understand this. But it's impossible to know the exact risk. All we can say is that there has never been a reported case of HIV in someone whose only possible exposures were fingering, hand-genital contact, etc; and very few in whom the only risk was oral sex.

You cannot have sex with another person and assume truly zero risk of HIV. Whether the risk is high enough to be worried, or to be tested, is a personal decision -- not one that we or any other HIV/STD expert can make for you.

There are no data, so all I can do is guess. Risk of HIV from you being anally fingered by an HIV infected person:  maybe one chance in a million? Chance you will get HIV by vaginally fingering an HIV infected person: also one in a million? Chance an HIV antibody test misses a new HIV infection at 40-50 days: around one in a thousand.

Also remember that the large majority of massage personnel do not have HIV. These sorts of contacts are risk free for all practical purposes.

Yes indeed you can move on. There is no possibility you have HIV. Please stop testing.

Also please note the forum policy against repeated questions on the same topic. This being your second about near-zero risk sexual practices, it should be your last. Repeated anxiety driven questions are subject to being deleted without reply and without refund of the posting fee. We're not keen on collecting fees for questions with obvious answers; repeated replies often prolong anxiety rather than relieving it (there's so often a "yes but" or "could I be the exception" sort of thinking); and such questions have reduced education value for other users, one of the forum's goals. Thank you for your understanding.

I do hope the discussions have been useful. Best wishes to you.
