Hi sir, Yesterday I went to a brothel the girl was completely naked and I was on my underwear we were sleeping next to each other I didn’t do anything other than pressing her boobs and pressing her thighs at some point she touched my penis with under wear on I don’t know wether my penis tip came out of underwear during the process my only concern was she gave me hug at last for 10 sec what if during hugging my penis tip touched her bare pussy with vaginal fluids (can my penis tip go inside while hugging)and what if there are vaginal fluids on her thighs I touched my penis for cleaning with the same hand .I am sure these are anxiety driven questions but I couldn’t help myself if I don’t ask

Welcome to our Forum. Thanks for your questions.. I'll be glad to comment. The interactions you describe did not put you at risk for any STI, including HIV. The sore throat you are experiencing is not the ARs. I say this with confidence- let me provide some of the many reasons I say this:
1. Statistically, it is unlikely that your partner had HIV or any STI. Most commercial sex workers do not.
2. Even if she did, HIV and other STIs are not transmitted through clothing, including underwear, even if the cloth gets wet with genital secretion's.
3. No penetration occurred. If it had, you would have known this. If there is no penetration, there is no risk.
4. Contact with a partner's genital secretions on skin without penetration does not transmit HIV or other STIs. This is true even if you have scrapes or cuts on the skin
5. HIV and other STIs are not transmitted through transfer of a partner's genital secretions on a person's hands
6. Pharyngitis by itself is not the ARS- the ARS is classically described as high fever, severe sore throat, widespread body or joint aches, and other flu-like symptoms
7. Three days is too soon for the ARS to begin
I urge you not to worry. I see no reason for concern and no reason for testing although I do understand that some people with low risk such as yourself choose to test for the reassurance it provides. If your symptoms were due to HIV, a test would be positive. When symptoms are due to HIV, tests are always positive. I hope this information is helpful. EWH

Thanks for the follow-up. As I said above, this was a no risk exposure with no need for testing of any sort.
There is no reason to be frightened about the receipt of masturbation. If you are having trouble doing that, seeing a counselor or mental health professional may be helpful. EWH

It is late for your symptoms to be due to HIV.
Reminder- your exposure did not put you at risk.
Please don’t worry.
This completes this thread. EWH
