Hello doctor
Week ago I was in Thailand
I shaved scrotum and pubic hair
There were a small cuts from shaving
I met 3 massage lady in 3 deferent days
I had blowjob (with condom)
I had handjob with oil (no condom)
I had thighjob with oil (no condom) no direct contact to genital aria the lady was on her underwear
I had titjob with oil (no condom)
No insertion
I tried to have a safe contact
I know there is no risk form hiv
But what about other stds
Spicaly hpv and syphilis from that contact
I worry from the saliva during blowjob (whith condom) when it touch the scrotum and pubic
1- is that safe contact?
2- is there any risk from stds spicaly hpv and syphilis ?
3- what about the saliva touching me through that contact (blowjob with condom) with the small cuts from the shaving?

Welcome to our Forum. Thanks for your questions and for your implied confidence in our service. Congratulations- all of the activities you describe are no risk activities for STI and HIV. That you had recently shaved does not change this. Receipt of condom protected oral sex is safe sex and there is no risk to the various forms or masturbation that you describe. I see no scientific reason for testing. I answer to your specific questions:

Yes- see above

There is no STI or HIV risk. While syphilis might theoretically be transmitted in this way, I have never seen or heard of it occurring through the sorts of contacts you describe. Same for HPV (I should add that as a sexually active adult there is a more than 80% chance that at some time in the past you acquired HPV unless you have been vaccinated. For all practical purposes, everyone has it unless they are vaccinated. These infections however are innocuous and not something to worry about).

STIs including HIV are not transmitted through casual contact without penetration - this is true for saliva and genital secretions. As I said above, the presence of small nicks from shaving does not change this.
