Hola this is Marcos from Spain again
Finally I did this last test for the peace of my mind and as advised came back as negative (AgAb, Ath generation)
This test is valid for exposures from 30 days, isn't it?
The thing is that I had two encounters 10 and 22 days ago that although I think I have nothing to worry about, I want to make sure with you.
- I had an erotic massage on a stretcher (not body body) where the masseuse was with clothes, she tried to give me a blowjob but when she touched my member with her lips for a few seconds I pushed her away, finally she finished me off with her hand and sucking a bit my nipples
- The other encounter was the same without the brief blowjob part but I did suck the masseuse's breasts which was in topless (it wasn't body to body either)
Can I finally have sex with my wife without protection?
Muchas gracias

Welcome back. You have used a new username and account. It took me quite a bit of time to identify your previous thread -- but I think I found it. #11612, right? If you return again, please stick with one account or the other.
The HIV AgAb blood tests are nearly conclusive at 30 days, but not 100% until 45 days after exposure. As for the more recent two events, I agree you "have nothing to worry about". These were zero risk events. So was the one 30 days ago, as discussed previously. There was never any reason to not have sex with your wife and you certainly can do so now.

Hola Doctor,
Sorry about this, my previous question was #11612
Its possible that the 4th generation tests reacts at 20 days even thought is not conclusive?
But the point is that I've only had these two mentioned exposures before the other ones that happened more than 40 days ago
So as all I've learnt reading your answers and your advice to mine, its clear that without intercourse male to female there is not risk at all
So finally I resumed the normal sex with my wife
Gracias

Excellent -- I'm glad to hear you've resumed sex at home.
There may be a translation issue with your question; I'm not certain I understand. A negative AgAb test at 20 days would detect around 90% of infections. That result should be very reassuring. But the event was no risk, so testing wasn't necessary anyway.
