Hello sorry to be back again, My exposure was giving a sex worker woman she is 51 yrs old i have her oral vagina and anus, I know you guys said greatest risk was oral gonorrhea i have already tested and waiting on results i did them 4 days after exposure is that conclusive ? But as i have been reading online i have read stories of people contracting Hepatitis B and Hiv from giving Cunnilingus and anallingus, What are my chances of getting HIV and Hep B from this exposure, I was vaccinated as a child but when i got my titer checked i was at 9.69 so i have read that anything below 10ml is not protective, How often do you guys see hepatitis B and Hiv from cunnilingus ? Should i abstain from sex from my wife. ? Im very scared to infect her.

What frightens me the most is reading how Hep B is 100 times more infectious then HIV.

Welcome back to our forum, although it’s unfortunate that you are having so much trouble moving forward. I can’t help but notice that this is your sixth post and the last 10 months. This suggests that you may have some misunderstandings about STI‘s and how they are transmitted. That sense appears to be verified by the fact that you mention that you are going to the Internet for information. The information the Internet is not your friend. it will mislead you more often than it will help you.
Indeed, when exposed by needle stick hepatitis B is more infectious than HIV. However, there is no mention in the scientific literature of hepatitis B, being transmitted or acquired through oral sex, no matter what the Internet has said. Further, you are vaccinated. You are relatively low tighter, reflects the time since you were vaccinated, but does not reduce the fact you are protected by your vaccination.
As, I have already told you, I see no reason for concern and certainly no reason to abstain from unprotected sex with your wife. Please put your fears fueled by Internet, misinformation aside and move forward. EWH

Thanks for the reply i agree maybe i am over reacting, I just want to avoid passing something to my wife, When you say there is no scientific literature what does that mean ? I read on the CDC that Hep B can be spread orally, Also the Hep B foundation also states Hep B can be spread orally. The Hep B foundation also states anything under 10ml is no immunity. My result was 9.69 does that mean i can get infected ?
As far as HIV you did not mention my risk of it from cunnilingus and anallingus, How often do you see this type of exposure result in infection?
Like i said i tested with a oral swab for gon/chlamydia will my results be conclusive at 4 days after exposure ? Every website i see states every Gon/Chlanydia test is not accurate until 2 weeks post exposure.

You are overreacting. While the CDC deals with the theoretical possibility of oral transmission, the fact is that oral acquisition of hepatitis B is not described in any scientific textbook.
Your question about your hepatitis B antibiotic tighter is repetitive. As I have already told you, you’ve been vaccinated. Tires tend to decrease overtime, but that does not mean that you were not protected.
I’m quite tired of you challenging the advice that we provide based on scientific studies with information that you’ve read on the Internet. Your gonorrhea test results are conclusive. EWH

Understood,
Lets say she did have Hep B what are the chances of me contracting it from cunnilingus?
Same for HIV lets say she has it and is not on medications yet what are chances i contracted it from performing cunnilingus on her ?
Is this exposure worth abstaining sex with wife for 6 weeks to test ?

This will be the final reply to your repetitive questions. The answers are not going to change.
There is no risk of you acquiring hepatitis B from performing cunnilingus on a person with active hepatitis B. You risk of acquiring HIV in the unlikely event that your partner had untreated HIV is estimated to be less than one infection per 10,000 encounters, I.e. if you performed cunnilingus on an HIV infected person daily for 27 years, there might be 1 infection.
I see no reason to abstain from unprotected sex with your wife.
This completes this thread. No further repetitive, anxiety-driven questions on this virtually no risk encounter. Should you return your questions may be closed without a response and without return of your posting fee. EWH
