Writing for Reassurance purpose

Came to the hotel with a bar girl, both of us  brushed our teeth, took shower, then proceeded to kiss, mutually masturbating each other, using the same hand to self-finish. Cleaned myself both times in the shower afterwards.  This happened twice during the course of the night.  Despite my drunken state I remember distinctly that no penetration and oral took place. No symptoms so far except what I think are anxiety related feelings.   Maybe a good explanation will set me straight.  Haven’t had sex or even kissed anyone except my wife for over a decade.  First time and anxious.

Following the event

LAB Tested from vein 54 Days after

IMMUNOASSAY

HIV ½ antibody (Immunochromatography ) : Non-reactive

HBSag (Immunochromatography ): Non-reactive

Anti HCV (Immunochromatography ): Non-reactive

C-Reactive Protein: 0.6mg/L

Spoke to my doctor who feels that I am clear of everything given my situation.  Have also been in video conversation with the girl and she seems to be doing fine. She also went to her Gynecologist  and sent me her reports which seemed fine.

How concerned should I be of any/All Std like Chlamydia/Gonorrhea etc .  Is my CRP test a good indicator that I don’t have anything?

Thank you for running this forum.

Welcome to our Forum.  Thanks for your questions.  I'll be glad to comment.  The activities you describe- kissing, mutual masturbation, and possible frottage are no risk activities for the acquistion of virtually all STIs.  Your HIB, hepatitis B and hepatitis c (which is not an STI for heterosexuals men and women) validate this statement.  Likewise, I see no reason for concern in any way regarding gonorrhea or chlamydia.

The CRP is a non-specific indicator of inflammation. Your levels appears to be in the normal range (there are several different CRP assays, each with it's own range) but, even if it were abnormal, linking it to the activities you describe would be unwarranted.

My advice is to move forward without concern.  There is no need for further testing and no reason to abstain from unprotected sex with your regular partner.

I hope this perspective is helpful.  EWH

Thank you Doctor.
I realize that my anxiety is getting the best of me hence leading me to the forum In hopes that the reassurance and knowledge provided here will empower me.
Given that I get a follow up question,
Just wanted to double check that
1. The hiv test I did at 54 days can be considered pretty conclusive.
2 I once got chlamedia  about 20 years ago in university in the US.  Got treated for it(Probably my anxiety trigger). Hope that’s doesn’t change your opinion.

Thank you once again. I can anticipate your answer . Just hoping it will help me overcome this.

Straight to your follow-up questions:

1.  Yes.  Testing take any time more than 6 weeks/42 days following an exposure are conclusive and do not need to be repeated.

2.  Absolutely not. No change in my assessment.  The encounter you describe was a no risk event.  I encourage you to move forward.   EWH
