I’ll keep it short and sweet because it’s been living in my mind rent free lately:

 I just wanted to confirm that taking Advil or Tylenol would not change the reliability of the following tests :  HIV combo,(blood test), Chlamydia(urine), Gonorrhea(urine), Hep c, Hep b and syphilis test ?

You are correct, neither Advil, not Tylenol would have any effect on the reliability of blood tests for HIV, syphilis, or hepatitis.  Nor would they have any effect on the reliability of urine tests for gonorrhea or chlamydia.  You can have confidence in your test results.  EWH
