This is somewhat of a panic-inducing situation I have going one here.  Every time I have checked my email this morning, I’ve received emails from you guys stating that my questions will be answered shortly.  There is also a copy of the questions I’ve asked before.  It has been YEARS since I’ve been asked anything of you all, so I have no idea what’s going I’ve checked my account with you guys, and it says several of the questions are “processing” even though I paid for them years ago.

I think you may have been hacked.  This query was the first thing I've see on our site for nearly five years.  I'll notify our IT folks but I would not reply to them.---
