Welcome back to the forum. I'm sorry you continue to have concerns about that long ago sexual exposure. I've read your two threads a couple years ago. There's really not much more to add to Dr. Hook's reassuring comment that time. Therefore my replies are brief.
---
---
1. No, this doesn't happen. Not enough HIV or STI bacteria or viruses can be transmitted for infection to take hold.
2. Trust your test results. For sure you have none of these infection.
3,4. No, not possible. HIV elite controllers have less immune suppression, but they test positive on all standard HIV tests. Do not have any further tests.
5. The exposure described were little or no risk.
If you remain concerned, I first suggest you re-read your two previous threads and Dr. Hook's detailed replies. Second, consider professional counseling for your OCD, which you mentioned in your previous discussions. Best wishes.

1. I don't understand. Little what?
---
---
2. Repetitive question. I haven't changed my mind.
3. See the last part of my reply to questions 3&4 above.
4. No.
5. High risk depends on the nature of the contact, not so much on the frequency of HIV in the community. But the amount of risk at the time of exposure makes no difference, since your test results prove you were not infected.
6. Yes, of course.
If there are any more repetitive or redundant questions, this thread will be immediately closed without further reply.

Can I move on without any concern if no new exposure...

Thankyou for your comments...

Oh good grief. You're splitting very fine hairs that don't mean anything. "Little or no risk" doesn't mean anything different than "zero risk"! And your test results prove you don't have HIV; therefore the risk level of the exposure doesn't matter! What's so hard to understand and believe?
I have not seen anyone turn positive after their initial test results were negative.
---That concludes this thread. The forum does not permit repeated questions on the same topic or exposure. This being your third about this exposure and your frankly irrational fears, it will have to be your last one; future questions on these topics and your inflated fears will receive no reply and the posting fee will not be refunded. This policy is based on compassion, not criticism, and is intended to reduce temptations to keep paying for questions with obvious answers. In addition, experience shows that continued answers tend to prolong users' anxieties rather than reducing them. Finally, such questions have little educational value for other users, one of the forum's main purposes. Thanks for your understanding.
