As for your symptoms, they are not those of gonorrhea or any other STI. As you suggest yourself, they are typical for genitally focused anxiety; and a small amount of "whitish fluid" in the penile opening is not abnormal. Had you come to my clinic (or asked your question before now), we would have not recommended the treatments you had. I really see no need for testing, but if you really feel you need confirmatory testing, you can do it a week after completing doxycycline. But there is no reason to not continue unprotected sex with your wife right now. Even if you had been infected, within hours of cefixime gonorrhea cannot be transmitted; an and the same is true for chlamydia after the first few doses of doxycycline.

2.  The meds taken would have cured if acquired ? know oral gono is harder to cure so didn’t know if I had gotten it from that persons mouth if that strain also would be harder to kill in my urethra and that dosage wouldn’t be strong enough?..
