Welcome to our Forum. I'll be pleased to comment. both of the exposures that you describe are no risk events for the acquisition of HIV. HIV is spread only by penetrative sex and injection of infected material deep into tissue. The activities that you describe are mutual masturbation without penetration and even when mutual masturbation involves skin-to-skin genital contact without penetration or contact with sex partners' genital secretions, do not place you at any risk for HIV. In the same way, that some of your partner's genital secretions may have contacted a boil on your groin still does not place you at risk for HIV. There is no reason for concern from the exposure that you describe and no reason for even testing- this was safe sex. EWH

As I said above, without penetration, there is no realistic risk at all for HIV. The your partner's penis touched your anus does not change this. Still no risk.
HIV is more common in men who have sex than heterosexual men and women. The best way to prevent HIV is to practice safe sex with consistent use of condoms for all casual sexual relationships with persons who are of unknown HIV status. Sharing needles to inject drugs is also a risk for HIV.
This is mym3rd answer to your questions and therefore, by Forum guidelines, this will be my last response. I hope my responses have been helpful. Stay safe. EWH
