Hi doctor,idid HIV RNA PCR at 19 days and it was negative (<20 Copies/mL)my question is what the accuracy for the test did I should retest with 4th generation ?

Welcome back, but sorry you found it necessary -- since this question was answered by Dr. Hook in your previous recent discussion, i.e. that you did not need HIV testing at all. A negative HIV RNA PCR test is conclusive 19 days after exposure, but some experts still recommend an AgAb (4th generation) blood test as well, usually 4-6 weeks after exposure (or after completing PEP). Discuss with your doctor if you remain concerned about it.
