Hello 7 days ago I a male recieved protected oral from a CSW. After 10 minutes she removed the condom and continued giving me a handjob with spit as a lubercaint. What are my risks for STDS? Since the encounter I have had an urge to pee constantly and also some inconteince. I have had no discharge or pain urinating. I am in a committed relationship of 3 years and am afraid of transferring something to her especially NGU. Thank you.

Welcome to our forum. Thank you for your questions. I’ll be glad to comment.
The encounter you described was low risk. Most commercial sex workers do not have STI’s and, even in the absence of a condom used most exposures to infected partners do not result in infection. In your case, and in to your credit, you use the condom, which virtually assures that there was no STI transmitted through the encounter you described. No STI’s are transmitted through receipt of masturbation, even when saliva is used as a lubricant.
FYI, published research studies show that frequent urination is not a symptom of STI. It may occur in the presence of a urine infection or as an indicator of anxiety.
I really do not see a medical need even for testing related to the encounter you describe. On the other hand, many of our clients appreciate the reassurance that comes with a negative test. If you choose to test. a urine test for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and for white blood cells (a urinalysis) will provide reassurance that there are no signs of STI present.
I hope this information and perspective is helpful to you. EWH.
