He used spit on his hand a few times to get me to completion until I ejaculated. Is there any concern of contracting and STD or something like herpes or HPV from this. No penetration had occurred we just finished in each others hands

We don't believe that hands are a method of transmission - too much virus lost during the transfer if indeed there was any virus present at all.  I think that your experience was safe and not a risk for an STI.  Good job!---

Understood, so realistically I don’t have to worry about HSV, HPV I’m hoping. I did other test almost 2 and 4 weeks apart to check all can back negative. I just have a weird itch currently and I’m just very anxious since this happened outside of my monogamous relationship. I don’t want to give her anything from a stupid mistake
