[Question #11942] Finger in anus semen

I am a man who has no extramarital affairs, last week I went to a massage center, a man I grabbed his penis and sucked it and it did not go into my mouth but out of it, then I lay on my stomach, and he inserted his finger into my anus, I have a suspicion that he put some semen on his finger and inserted his finger inside the anus, he inserted one inch into the anus and stroked my penis until it was over
I asked him how he felt, he frowned and said he was fine.
1/ Does inserting his finger smeared (I have a doubt) with semen into my anus expose me to AIDS?
2/ Does sucking his penis give me AIDS?
I am in a state of anxiety and trembling.

Please excuse my poor English

Welcome to our forum. Thank you for your questions and for translating your questions into English. I will be glad to comment. The activities you describe did not put you at any risk for acquisition of HIV.  Specifically:

1.  There is no risk of HIV from him inserting his finger into your anus.  This is true even if his semen or secretions was on his finger.
2.  There is no risk of HIV from him stroking your penis.
3.  The risk if HIV, IF he had untreated HIV ( this is very unlikely) is, on average, less than 1 in 10,000 (like performing oral sex on a person with HIV once daily for more than 27 years)

Your risk of HIV is so low that there is no good medical reason for testing.  Some of our clients however choose to test for the reassurance a negative test provides.  A negative 4th generation test will be more than 98% conclusive at 28 days and entirely conclusive any time more than 6 weeks after your encounter.

I hope this information is helpful.  EWH

Now I feel relieved.

It's like you're saying the choice to do the test is up to me and not necessarily for these events, just to be safe.
Isn't it?

You are correct.  I am confident that if you test, the results will show that you are not infected.  Whether or not you choose to test however is your decision.

You have one follow up question remaining after which the thread will be closed without further responses.  Please don’t worry.  EWH

One last question for reassurance.
If you were me, Doctor, would you take the test and go ahead and go back to your wife?
Thank you, Dr. EWH

Sorry, sent that early.

Final response:

I have great confidence that you are not at risk.  Testing is a personal decision.  If you would feel better with a negative test, then you should test,

I see no reason to abstain from unprotected sex with your wife because of the events you described.

This completes this thread.  Please don’t worry.  EWH
