Hi doctors,
Ive encountered with another masaage therapist. Its not really a csw but sometimes she did have encounter some sexual activites with her client. She never got tested, and she told me she just got sick really bad (related to respiratory), also some fever. I also noticed she got some mild rashes (black spots) on her chest and she said its new and also on her back.
I had a handjob (which im not particular worried). But i do kissed her 2-3 times, light kiss. The problem that make me worried is that i just got teeth removed last week and there’s still hole/scars in the gums. Should i be worried?

Welcome back to the forum. Thank you for your continued confidence in our services.
However, I note the similarities of this sexual event with those in your previous threads. Nobody has ever been known to catch HIV from hand-genital contact (I'm glad that doesn't worry you!), but kissing is also zero risk, especially "light" kissing. As for your partner's symptoms, they do not suggest HIV. New HIV infection does not cause "respiratory" symptoms (nasal congestion, cough, etc); and rash alone doesn't suggest HIV. I don't know what to make of "black spots", but that doesn't sound like an HIV issue. Her symptoms also don't fit with any other STI. Finally, having had some teeth pulled recently does not significantly raise your risk of HIV or other STIs, especially with "light" kissing.
From a medical or risk standpoint, I see no need for worry or for even being tested. However, since you're worried about HIV, probably you should be tested anyway; the expected negative results probably will be more reassuring than anything I can say. If so, you can have a conclusive HIV RNA/PCR test 11-12 days after the event; and/or an AgAb (4th generation) blood test in a few weeks. Or you could ask your massage therapist to be tested for HIV (and offer to pay for it). She probably will test negative, which would mean you were not possibly at risk.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.
