Good afternoon
Thanks too much for your great efforts
I want you recommendations regarding my case please
I am 41 years old male ,I go to massage center in Dubai ,I do the following
Naked body to body massage where me and the girl was totally naked , we are sleep side to side face to face and start mouth kiss and hugging ,penis touch her vagina then I ejaculate first time
Then she clean my penis , then I touch her all body as some massage including her vagina
Then continue mouth kissing and she give me handjob and ejaculate one more time in her hand then finish and I clean my penis with my hand and take shower
Regarding my cases please recommend me :
1 ) do I am in risk of HIV infection
2)do I need to make any test to exclude infection
3) I am worry about my wife ,can I resume me sexual activity with her safe without worry about this incident
Please inform me if there is any small chance to be infected or I can continue my life and forget this incident

Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your confidence in our services.
You are at no risk of HIV or any other STI on account of the exposure you have described. HIV and STI bacteria and viruses are not spread by body contact that does not involve genital penetration -- i.e. no chance of transmission by body-body contact, hand-genital contact, or mouth contact with nipples, breasts, etc. Vigorous open mouth kissing sometimes transmits gonorrhea or syphilis, but these are still zero risk for all practical purposes -- and it seems you did not experience this sort of kissing. Whether or not there were cuts or sores on exposed areas -- either yours or the masseuse -- does not change the risk. (Beware of online advice about HIV/STI risks! Anybody can write anything they want, and much of the information found on many online sites is simply wrong.)
Therefore, in response to your three numbered questions:
1) You were not at risk of HIV or other STI.
2) I do not recommend testing for anything.
3) You can continue unprotected sex with your wife without putting her at risk. That's what I would do if somehow I were in your situation.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Again thanks too much doctor for you great efforts
For my final concern , for genital-genital contact in my case it may like my penis touch her outer side of vagina ,we are sleep side to side not over each other
I ejaculate but not sure if semen come contact with vagina

Such very brief and superficial contact is little or no risk. And of course you ejaculating on or near your partner's vagina cannot increase your risk of any infection. (It would increase her risk if you have an STI, but not hers.)---

Thank you Doctor for your clarification
So I can continue the same recommendation regarding no need of HIV testing and continue my sexual activity

That’s what I said above. I haven’t changed my mind!
