Dear doctor. Am a 44 year old male living in uae. From last one month I have visited massage parlours 8 times and are involved in following activities with Thai prostitutes ( All offered sex)

1. Condom protected hand jobs with 8 different prostitutes ( Worried about genital warts / Herpes / All stds etc)

2. All prostitutes sucked and licked my nipples for long time . I did not see any bleeding cuts on my nipples but am not sure. Not sure whether they have sores on there lips ( mouth) etc. Worried about all stds including hepatitis B / C, herpes etc

3. I sucked nipples of all 8 prostitutes for long time. Worried about all stds including hepatitis b / C / HIv etc

My last episode was 2 days back. I do not see any symptoms on my nipples etc from my previous episodes which is more than a month now. Only 2 episodes happened 2 days back.

Apart from this I was not involved in any kind of oral / vaginal or anal sex..

Please estimate my true risk. Do I need testing. I have a regular partner. Can I continue unprotected sex with her. Plse give me realistic information and advise.

Welcome to the Forum. Thanks for your questions. I see virtually no reason for concern. As explained below, your exposures were low/no risk and HIV and other STDs are rare in the UAE. As a specific response to your questions:

1. Condom protected hand jobs with 8 different prostitutes ( Worried about genital warts / Herpes / All stds etc)

Receipt of masturbation is classified as no risk for STIs, including HIV by the WHO and US CDC. We agree with this. No risk.

Having your nipples sucked/licked is a no risk activity.

3. I sucked nipples of all 8 prostitutes for long time. Worried about all stds including hepatitis b / C / HIv etc

Sucking a partner's nipples is a no risk activity.

I see no reason for concern about STIs and no reason to abstain from unprotected sex with your wife. There is no scientific reason to test related to the exposures you describe. EWH

Dear doctor. Many thanks for your response. Just a last query :

All these 8 prostitutes I have gone after shaving my face. There are always micro / small / bleeding cuts on my face. All these prostitutes kind of kissed and licked my face too. Am sure there was saliva on my face. As I have cuts due to shaving what are my chances to get infected by any std virus including hepatitis b and hepatitis c like this.

That you had recently shaved and may have had small nicks, cuts or scrapes does not change my assessment. Nothing to worry about. EWH---
