Good evening, I recently have had several massages which end with hand relief, absolutely nothing else & the massage therapist is always fully clothed, is this 100% safe practice ?

Huge thanks

Welcome back, but I'm a bit surprised you found it necessary. This was part of the discussion in your previous thread a few months ago and the answer is the same. Hand-genital contact carries no risk for any STD, even if genital fluids are used for lubrication.

Let me know if anything isn't clear!

I have a pain in my testicals all the time what could this be? I apologise for the repeated question I just panicked, I’ve been tested and all clear, I just worry about this pain, it’s more in my left testicle ?

If both testicles are involved, even if more one side, no STD or any other infection is a likely cause. The most common cause in situations like yours is genitally focused anxiety, or the chronic pelvic pain syndrome, which you can google for more information. You'll see that CPPS itself often has a psychological component. However, if your left testicle is enlarged, hardened, and/or especially tender to touch, it could be epididymitis -- but sexually transmitted epididymitis (due to gonorrhea or chlamydia) cannot be acquired by the sort of contact you describe. Absence of discharge from your penis also argues against this possibility. If this problem continues, you could see a urologist. I doubt it's necessary, but up to you. For sure it has nothing to do with the massage events other than possible anxiety and stress over that occurrence.---
