[Question #12056] Herpes super scared

Hello Doctor I am back again unfortunate ly in the sense of I am super terrified, and was hoping I wouldn’t be in this situation. This goes back to my encounter with the trans/man I had , I believe the exact date was on June 18 so about 3 1/2 months ago. The Encounter involved deep making out, I grinded on her ass without condom(no penetration) for a minute or two. Also did frottage(where we masterbate out penises together) i believe she had precum, and it got into contact with my penis as well. And we ended with Penetrated anal sex with condom used properly, no holes found at the end. If you recall 4-6 days later I saw some white stuff around my penis, didn’t make much of it. It never went away , didn’t feel crazy symptoms maybe some slight itching, and I felt for half a day that maybe my groin node was swollen. But nothing too crazy. So two weeks later on July 3rd I went to an urgent care. I got urine tests done, the test only tested for Chlaymidia and Gonorrhea, I mentioned to the doctor my symptoms. He didn’t even look at it. And based on the symptoms I told him, he had assumed it was just Smegma. So basically for the next 3 months, so basically since june 16 until now.

I have had what I kept thinking was a yeast infection, since I never saw any visible sores, and trust me I felt I have looked. And have had a herpes scare in the past which was chlaymidia. Treated it and ever since. I have always used protected sex with anyone but my girlfriends. So basically doc I have gone 3 1/2 months with this recurring thing, that has now started to cause me alot of itching, and pain. It seems when I touch my penis alot I get some pain sometimes, and it seems to last a few days , go away. And come back quicky. I feel like I am getting recurring outbreaks. And the white stuff starts to peel look super white, like cottage cheese. Gets better, but it never fully goes away, I have even gotten some slight looking cuts they look like on my penis. I had never seen any bump looking things, until two days ago. I decided to do a video, instead of a pic

And when I zoomed in, all around the bottom head of the penis, it seems I have some pearly whiteness all around. I am not sure if they look blistery, or if they are pearly penile pupiles , since I only see

Them around the area where those would be located

Doc appreciate everything you all do on this page. You all deserve so much for the  peace of mind you put on us, no matter the outcome. You are all so amazing. And I am willing to donate so much more  for Asha much deserved. That being said Doc I understand the dislike for (same) exposures asked questions. But when completely different symptoms are presented, why does the question get ignored. I posted my question at 7 am, and have seen 20 different responses on different threads throughout the day. Why is my question being missed yet again.  I am speaking of a same encounter with possible missed symptoms, as I am not used to it, and even a different doctor saying Something else. I am freaking out. And my question is  being ignored. The doctors on this page are top notch . But why do my questions keep getting ignored with completely  different symptoms being presented?

No one is ignoring you rquestion.  We have 48 hours to answer any question.  Your symptoms do not sound herpetic, they sound like yeast as you've been told before.  The white bumps around the head of the penis are normal, probably pearly papules.  We've addressed your concerns previously, there is nothing new here.  we agree with the doc who told you this sounds like yeast.  It is best, now, to rely on the visual inspection by a clinician in person rather than using this site.
