Possible blood on mouth from another persons cut. I got stains from my jersey but I felt that my mouth got hit first, although i might have closed my mouth during contact but i have dry lips and and frequently scrap this so it might count as open wound. Mates confirmed that they see no blood in my mouth but who knows

Bleeding cut from another player is not from knife cut is probably another cut he got from the game (possibly from someones nail)

Welcome to the forum and thanks for your question. Thanks for your confidence in our services.

However, I have deleted the links you provided. We do not view images of lesions, skin rashes, etc; it comes too close to practicing medicine from a distance, which we cannot do. It is not the forum intent to diagnose or offer treatment for any medical condition. In addition, we do not allow images to be visible to other users.

Even if you got someone's blood on your mouth, and even if that person has HIV, the chance you would be infected is zero or close to it. There has never been a proved case of HIV caught by exposure to another person's blood during a sports event, or from blood in the environment. You needn't worry and do not need testing for HIV.

If you would like to discuss this further, go ahead and add a follow-up comment, perhaps with more detail. However, if you do not do so, I will assume you would prefer that the thread be deleted. In that case, your posting fee will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi I wanted to make it detailed but somehow system won’t let me as it was too long but wont say how long is allowed. I was playing basketball and wen’t to defend a lay up from another player with a cut in his forearm. He used this arm to shove me which hit my mouth then my chest. I hope you viewed the link before deleting just so you can picture it. But yea, I am just worried Id catch something if blood went to my mouth or inside it. Should I let this go?

Sorry, but I deleted the links without opening them. It isn't only that we do not want others to see clinical images; we do not look at them ourselves and base no advice on them.

But from your description, I see no reason to be at all worried about HIV or any other blood borne infection. Oral exposure to HIV rarely transmits the virus; even swallowing infected semen or blood carries very low risk, if any. Indeed, you should "let this go".
