Hello, I am sorry to come back again and sad about this
I was with a Friend she is girl 22 days ago, and she sucked my penis for no more than 30 seconds and completed with the masterbation and ejaculated on my hand and not with her mouth but I completed with her saliva and we did some deep kissing, I did a fourth generation test after 12 days, but today I noticed the texture of the parotid gland in the right ear is not like the left ear I read on the internet that it is one of the causes of the hiv virus, there are no other symptoms I am healthy
1- Do I need another test
2- As I said, I do not doubt that she has other relationships at all and I noticed this with her because she did not accept that we continue
3- The gland does not exceed 1 cm, but I feel nervous. Is this related to the immunodeficiency virus
Please help and sorry for coming back again

Welcome back to the Forum. Many elements of this encounter are similar to the encounter we discussed 5 months ago. As I told you, "Receipt of oral sex (fellatio) is a no risk event in terms for HIV risk. There has never been a case of HIV proven to have been acquired from receipt of oral sex. "That is still the case. Similarly there is no risk of HIV from deep kissing either. Your test at 12 days was too early to provide useful proof that you did not acquire HIV. It is true that persons with HIV can have enlarged parotid glands but most persons with parotid swelling do not have HIV. This is another example of misinformation that is so common on the internet. If you are nervous, you can prove to yourself that you did not acquire HIV from testing at this time. If your parotid swelling were due to HIV, a test would be positive now. I am confident that you did not get HIV and that your test will be negative.
1- Do I need another test
From a scientific perspective there is no need for testing. As I said above, it you need to prove to yourself that your parotid gland swelling is not due to HIV, you can test. As a generalization, in persons without symptoms, 4th generation tests for HIV are not conclusive until 6 weeks following an exposure.
2- As I said, I do not doubt that she has other relationships at all and I noticed this with her because she did not accept that we continue.
You have had other relationships as well. The likelihood that she had HIV is miniscule.
3- The gland does not exceed 1 cm, but I feel nervous. Is this related to the immunodeficiency virus

To be honest with you, I am in a country where testing is difficult, so I came here.
I am absolutely sure that my previous exposure was more serious, but I was afraid and tested and all my fear went away.
Now I can only test when traveling to a country where testing is free. Can I continue my life? As for the gland, I read some of your comments and the doctor’s comments that without fever it is not evidence of anything. Is this true?

A small glandular addition that is not visible, but can only be noticed when pressing and touching with extreme pressure. It may be old and I felt it recently.

As I said above, I am confident that you did not acquire HIV from the exposure you’ve described. My suggestion that you test was only to provide you with reassurance. Scientifically there is no need for testing as this was a no risk event.
When people have the ARS, fever is typically present.
I continue to believe that you were worrying unnecessarily. EW H.

Knowing that two days ago I suffered from gum inflammation, but it was completely cured, and then the gland appeared. Is it possible that this is the cause of the swollen gland?
Or should I wait until 45 days and do another test? I felt anxious when I saw the swollen gland only.
I will go back to my wife, and as for the gland, I will ignore it because I have read a lot that there must be more than one gland, and according to your advice, Doctor, it must be a fever or other symptoms. I do not feel any symptoms at all.
For your information, the gland appeared 27 days after exposure.
Do you recommend this decision?

As you know, we provide up to 3 replies to each client's questions. These will be my final replies. There should be no need to return to the Forum with additional questions regarding this encounter.
Yes, inflammation of your gums or dental problems could certainly cause parotid swelling. Your plan to ignore the gland and move forward is a good idea. I also agree that there is no need to avoid unprotected sex with your wife.
