I had an encounter with a mid 20’s Indonesian csw in Malaysia. There was no sex. No penetration orally, vaginally or anally. For about 30 minutes I rubbed her body essentially around her chest back and buttocks. I did not touch her vagina or anus or put my hand in her mouth. She did briefly touch her vagina. She gave me a handjob and I completed by rubbing between her breasts.

One aspect concerns me though. For about roughly 1- 2 minutes she decided to sit on top of me at the base of my scrotum and rub her genital area on my scrotum. My penis was erect and essentially against her stomach so there would not be a means for penetration or the tip touch her genitalia. 

When she was rubbing my penis between her breasts at the conclusion it was also slightly rough.

With those two aspects in mind - the genitalia on top of my scrotum and against the base of my shaft but not on my shaft + the rough rubbing between the breasts, am I at meaningful risk for any stds whether it be HIV, HPV, ghonorea, syphyllis, herpes and etc??

I know I’ve been here before and I’m really trying to get away from this indecency.

The activities you describe - rubbing at various areas of your and her bodies,(the formal term is "frottage"). receipt of masturbation, and possible indirect contact with her saliva after she placed her fingers in her mouth are all no risk activities for STIs and do not require any testing.  While there may be a theoretical risk for acquistion of syphilis, herpes, or HPV (so-called "lesion" diseases) in truth. these theoretical risks do not translate into reality.  WHO, the CDC and we all agree that there is no STI risk from the activities    you describe and no reason for testing.

YES, MY ADVICE IS TO PUT YOUR CONCERNS ASIDE AND MOVE FORWARD WITHOUT CONCERN.  THE RISK OF HERPES IS VIRTUALLY ZERO.  IF YOU DO NOT DEVELOP HERES LESIONS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR ENCOUNTER, YOU WILL NOT.  WE ADVISE AGAINST BLOOD TESTS FOR HERPES AS FALSELY POSITIVE RESULTS ARE COMMON AND MISLEADING
