[Question #12188] Condom slip off when pulling out.... need advice

I (male, the Top) had sex with a male traveler(The btm)) that was touring around my city days ago. We performed oral sex and anal sex during the hookup. For the oral sex part, I am pretty sure that it has nearly zero risk of hiv transmission. For the anal sex part, we USED CONDOM and the CONDOM was on my genital the whole time when I penetrated him. However, when I pull out from him after the ejaculation the condom was left inside him. After he retrieved the condom, I took a close look and confirmed that my cum was holding by the condom and no obvious breakage/tear on the condom. My concern here is since my genital had a close contact in his anus without the condom covering it when I pull out, am I at great risk of hiv transmission?

Before the hookup, he told me that he is on prep and std free.

Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your confidence in our services.

Condoms are generally considered to have been completely effective when the penis withdraws and the condoms remains in the rectum (or vagina). The minimal contact that might occur between your penile skin, or the tip of your penis, with the anal area carries little or no risk for HIV or any STI. In addition, you describe a partner who almost certainly cannot have HIV (being on PrEP) and probably has no other active, transmissible STD -- at least not those for which testing is routine (like gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis). Most people are believed to be truthful when asked about their STD/HIV status. I see no need for you to be tested on account of these events.

I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.
