Sorry doctor I just purchased a new question for last question. I know it's annoying for you to see me again with my concern. Can the ngu aquired from oral sex with chlamydia, Gonorrhea, trich and m gen negative be transmitted between the regular sexual partners back and forth. Also will my wife get any symptoms if I passed that ngu to her? Also will she be at risk of health? And will she ever find out anything?so sorry for these questions but this would be last time. Thanks sir

Unfortunately, this is unknown. There are no data on the risk to partners from NGU acquired by oral sex. In looking back at your other discussions with Dr. Hook, it isn't clear that NGU has been professionally diagnosed. In absence of clear data, it is generally recommended that such partners be treated. Whether it is necessary or has any benefit for their health is unknown. But you will have to decide whether or not to discuss this with your wife and advise her to be treated.
We are not your doctors and this discussion can go no further. As Dr. Hook advised last time, repetitive questions are not welcome on the forum. This is your fifth and there is nothing more we can do. As Dr. Hook advised last time, repeated questions may be deleted without reply and without refund of the posting fee. That is what you can expect with any further questions about these issues. I do hope the discussions have been helpful to you. Best wishes and stay safe.
