Hello I have a few questions about two encounters that I had in the past 3 weeks. Both of the encounters were with males and the other was with a cross dresser also male. The first encounter was about 3 weeks ago and it only involved receptive unprotected oral sex with ejaculation inside of the mouth, and they also sucked and licked my balls. The second which was only a few days after, involved mutual oral, deep make out and I used protection anal as a “top”. Both of these partners I have had multiple hook ups in the past 3 years. The first one always involves just oral, as I am terrified of Hiv. The second usually involves the same, mutual unprotected on penis, protected anal, and make out . This individual takes prep , I have even seen the pills myself, so I am not as worried to perform protected sex. And with both have never experienced anything unsual until the final encounters , both were only a few days apart, and within a few 10 days to a week the symptoms started . So about three days ago I started feeling some discomfort/pain while peeing . It only lasted that day. Within the next 3 days I started getting some foot pains, lower back pain, and the weirdest one that has me worried is some buttocks pain, seemed very odd to me, even though I do work a physical job, I have felt some lower back pain, and foot pains sometimes, but never the buttocks. 

Now 6 or 5 days ago, this is where I really started freaking out, I have started to feel for a few days , what seems like literally a crawling/ tingling type of sensation on my penis, and at some points it feels like some slight throbbing pains. Felt it a good amount come and go a bit, for about 3,4 days, and maybe even until yesterday. Two days ago and a bit yesterday I started also getting some slight discomfort while peeing, and I seem to feel some slight twitch like things, around my legs on upper part , and sometimes on my buttocks. And I have felt a bitch of the tingling type of feeling , which little burst of like a burn/ pain, just discomfort, it almost seems like it is through the urethra hole, just extremely difficult to explain. These little twitches seem off. I have had some slight So far I have had all of these for about 10 days. Before these encounters I was actually tested a month and a half ago, and all tests were negative, the only test I didn’t do was the herpes igg. My doctor did not recommend it. I used to have really horrible herpes and hiv scared years ago. So I am one to check alot for symptoms. And haven’t had a herpes scare in years. So I say that to say I check symptoms alot, and these seem extremely weird, and I have never felt anything like this. Also I am not sure if I have ever had any cold sores on my lips.
