[Question #12286] STD

Visited Massage parlour. I always wear “underwear” and lady always cloth(short gown). At end I only do following: Touch her panty, vagina(covered), touch bum(not anus) covered, touch breast, only superficial touch; never try to finger etc. She also touch my underwear, try to stimulate my penis (covered). This goes few minutes. I do not cum, but sometime I cum, then I go bathroom to clean. No hand-genital contact, no genital-genital contact even with covered, no sex, no oral, no kiss

1 One time, I had dry skin on cheek & due to itch there was very small (1-2mm) open crack with semi-clot blood inside. Suppose lady panty is bit wet & I touch it with hand and then hand touch that dry skin crack mistakenly. I estimate it is zero risk not even little for HIV & Syphilis. What is your take Doc

2 One time Lady seat on my back giving me back massage, I felt she is not wearing panty, in 1-2min I asked her get up & asked if she wearing, she went to wear it. I have very small acne(dry) on my back, if rub them some white head come out. What if her vaginal fluid touch those acne/ pimple etc. My estimation of risk is same as 1. What do you say Doc?

3 There are 2 healing red pimple/acne(very small) can’t with eye if open or not, If I touch with hand ?

4 If activity is limited to above, can  risk for all STD is zero (not be for herbes)

Do you recommend any testing for above exposure

Welcome to our Forum and thanks for your questions.  I’m pleased to be able to assure you that the activities you describe do not put you at any risk for HIV or other STI.  No STIs are transmitted through touching or clothing, even when the clothing is wet with genital secretions.  The presence of a skin rash, scrapes or the bumps you describe do not change that.  I see no reason for concern and no reason for testing.

Please don’t worry.  EWH

Thanks Doc for reply. Just folow up for more clarity, can I get pointwise reply. (sorry for this)
1. If panty is bit wet with vaginal fluid & my hand touch that panty from outside & same hand touch "dry skin open crack with semi-clot blood" on cheek. While rationality says no risk(based on my reading on internet), as fluid passed cloth & already outside in air & then come to hand. Doc can you confirm no risk.
2. If Lady seat on back on me(for 2-3 min, as I scared asked her to wear pant), her vagina directly touching my back skin, and is there is small acne on skin (which may or maynot open, but I know they are very small). (though I do not feel any noticeable fluid) If fuild touch them, still not risk ?
3. If activity is limited to as said in original question(Only touching genital covered with panty), can  risk for all STD is zero. No worry ?

I understood your questions.  These are repetitive questions.  STIs are not transmitted through cloth, even cloth that is wet with genital fluid, not through contact with skin even in the presence of acne lesions, and not by touching:
1.  Correct, no risk.
2.  Again, no risk
3. Also no risk

Thanks Doc for you kind response. This is my final followup, So what I understood are following (correct me If I am wrong)
1. With touching via clothes even clothes are wet are no risk & after that indirect touch later to skin wound/dry skin crack/scrap/acne/paper-cut is Zero risk of HIV & other STD.
2. Direct touch of vagina on back skin(while seating on back of few min) is essentially zero risk for HIV & skin condition like acne/scrap doesnot matter, So HIV is zero risk. However, I read from this forum that this exopsure can tansmit skin to skin STD - Herbes, HPV & Syphilis if cut/scrap in skin touch LESION on genital area, but this is still very unlikely to get syphilys in non-gentital area due to contact with Lesion in genital area as mostly it happen genital to genital contact. But why its very unlikely to have Syphilis in non-genital area when it touches genital?

I’m not sure why you keep repeating your questions.

1. Correct
2. Correct

Syphilis is not as common or contagious as you apparently think.  Most commercial sex workers do not have syphilis, considerable friction is needed for transmission.  While the situation you describe could theoretically occur, I have never seen or heard of this.  You are more likely to be struck with lightning.

This completes this thread.  EWH
